Hotels With Bar in Samarqand, Uzbekistan

We absolutely loved this hotel. It's location is great and the staff are amazing especially the front desk. There is no lift but the reception staff helped us with the bags. We paid for a more premium room but it was on level 3 so we asked to be changed to room on a lower level and it was great. The Georgian restaurant inside the hotel is amazing. The food is great and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel lobby service is very average. The bellhops who drove to the lobby door were not enthusiastic and did not greet guests quickly. You had to call them. The check-in staff were also not enthusiastic and inefficient. Shouldn't they be enthusiastic and quick when you stay for two nights and extend your stay the next day? But the woman was impatient and perfunctory👎; the price is not low for local consumption. A very small room costs more than 1,500 RMB a night. Hilton is a five-star hotel, so shouldn't it provide corresponding services? The hotel's hardware facilities are good, but the soft service training is very poor. Because the hotel is remote and similar to a park, the driver who picked us up could not reach the hotel entrance due to the road closure caused by the local sports meeting, and the hotel shuttle bus was needed to take us out. After the bellhops sent us to the parking lot outside, he didn't even bother to help take the luggage out of the car, and just stood there waiting for us to take it ourselves. I really don't understand how the staff are trained. The service is very poor.

Great 3 nights stay at Movenpick hotel with all amenities. Very convenient and close to the Gour Emir monument (4/5mn by walk) and the Registan square (15/16mn). A lot of cafe and restaurants around the hotel as we didn’t book the hotel breakfast. As we are lazy to dine out, we enjoyed twice diners at the restaurant Caramelle (really juicy manti and tasteful somsa & soups) We tried the sauna (hammam was under reparation) and the fitness. We had pleasant drinks at the pool bar. So we can recommend the Movenpick hotel at Samarkand. And the room rates are very affordable for a 4,5/5* hotel.

Nice hotel with good Ambiance and facilities. Special thanks to Sharofat at the reception who helped us booking a city tour and was very helpful even during her leave. It had 24x7 bar and restaurant with good food. Would strongly recommend this hotel to all kind of tourists.

It’s right to live here in Samarkand. It’s just a short walk from the train station. The room is big, the bed is comfortable to sleep, clean and hygienic, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Just go where to take a taxi.

I stayed for one night on Samarkand sightseeing. Amenities are also substantial. The room is clean. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant in front of the hotel was delicious. There are convenience stores, and I think it is perfect for sightseeing.

A great option for a stay in Samarkand. The Registan is a 15-20-minute walk away. There's a cafe serving Samarkand pilaf next door. The rooms are spacious and there's a spa area with a small pool, hammam, and sauna. However, the sauna and hammam weren't very hot.

The room and bedding are very neat, the bathroom is clean, the front desk staff is hospitable, and coffee and tea are delivered to the room upon check-in. The hotel is close to the train station, and there are bus stops and taxi stations outside, which is very convenient to go to tourist attractions. There are large supermarkets and farmers' markets nearby, and living facilities are complete. It is very quiet at night. If you come to Samarkand for a trip, the Old Station Hotel is the best choice.

We arrived late, very fast settled. The room corresponds to the photo. The room has slippers, tooth set, tea, coffee, water, air conditioner. In the refrigerator - cola, fantastic. Breakfast is decent, very delicious plums, cash and samsa. Staff is very attentive to the guests.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.
