Very good, rich and varied breakfast. Beautiful and pleasant environment, and quiet. The service staff can speak simple Chinese, which makes communication easy. Dinner is also very good, with good color, aroma and taste.

Is my first stay in this hotel the hotel in Bac Ninh. Quite disappointing as compare to other Vinpearl. especially Vinpearl Landmark81 in HCMC. Overallis good and decent But the staff especially in the BF can be better and more service oriented. Quite disappointed with a server when i aak for coffee. She point at the machine and ask me to get myself. this is definitely not what i, expect from vinpearl.

It's one of the best hotels in Bac Giang. Loved the breakfast and plus points for free use of washing machine and its distance to Go! Bac Giang and the big Hoang Hoa Tham park.

The room is very cozy. Although it is not big, it is very clean. The bed is also quite comfortable. The window is a bit small, but the overall environment is good. The price-performance ratio is very good. The buffet breakfast is charged. The free breakfast is pho.

The facilities are pretty good, clean and hygienic. It has wooden floors, but no disposable slippers. The room was really spacious; it turned out to be a suite with two separate bedrooms, a hot plate, and a microwave, which made it feel just like home. Breakfast is served on the second floor next door. Initially, I was given a room right next to what looked like rented-out small apartments at the back. After I requested a change, they gave me a room facing the street.

Good. very nice. It was a very good experience. I really want to use it for my next business trip. I hope you will continue to provide such good services.

The hotel's recent prices offer great value for money, making it an excellent choice for a stay. The rooms are clean and fresh, and most importantly, it's very quiet. The gym and swimming pool are among the best in Bac Ninh. Ms. Guiying at the front desk was very kind; she proactively helped me book a taxi and even drove me to the main entrance. The overall service at the hotel is consistently comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel environment and price are very good. I am very satisfied. The room is relatively large and the facilities are relatively good. It is very clean and the sleep is relatively comfortable. The only drawback is that the parking lot is relatively small. Everything else is very good.

Overall, the experience was very good; parking was convenient, and there was a bathtub and breakfast. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was great. However, the window glass in room 703 had cracks that hadn't been replaced, and the kettle plug was loose with obvious burn marks.
