Housekeeping is too slow. I stayed there 3 days but there was one day my room wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping. Even I kept calling to reception but still nobody came.
The food in restaurant was not so delicious and didn’t have much food for guests
The only thing I love in this hotel is location, its really convenient to go anywhere

Stayed at this hotel many times over the years since it opened. Great experience overall, even if there's some cost cutting evident since the beginning: only two pillows now, no body lotion in the bathroom any more... Small details though. The breakfast is very good, I particularly enjoy the fresh made soups 😋

The breakfast was great, and the bathrooms were spotless. It offers the best facilities in Ca Mau, and the hotel's own taxi service was a convenient bonus.
