"The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. The room was clean with coffee and tea which is important for us. The surrounding area was near to many eateries and ca phe places where we could have drinks and enjoy people watching. The only problem was we did not get the lake-view room we requested."

Stayed at this hotel many times over the years since it opened. Great experience overall, even if there's some cost cutting evident since the beginning: only two pillows now, no body lotion in the bathroom any more... Small details though. The breakfast is very good, I particularly enjoy the fresh made soups 😋
