Got a free upgrade, guess i could be bias a little heheh... but it was a clean hotel.
With reception being able to speak decent english... it makes communication clearer and operation in hotel was good.
Breakfast was decent, with sufficient variety. Hotel bed is clean and tidy.... I have even went to the gym room. Was kinda sufficient with general items needed.
Will still come again if i am around the corner
Excellent hotel. Located in a convenient location. One minus is if you have noisy neighbors, due to the fact that the partitions between the rooms are thin, you can hear everything. It is not possible to sleep at night. And everything is fine.
Good location, nice staffs.
But they charge 35k for missing a pair of flip flops which someone stolen in resorts private beach when I was swimming. Resort should provide one use slipper…
This is 5 star resort so I felt unhappy when was charged this issue even it’s small amount of money.
I had 1-night stay with this hotel, it was okay for me.
The room was nice, big room and well cleaned. The thing is 1 standard AC for that whole room was not enough, with the hot weather outside, the inside still can feel the heat. Modern tech device in my room, smart shower, smart toilet bolw, but the water was leaking as we used head shower.
The hotel overall was in fresh air, a lot of green trees, cozy environment, that was good, i really like the atsmosphere.
Service was okay. 7/10 for me, they allowed outside guest to use their cafe, so sometime they mistaken me for outside guest and keep asking me if i was an in-house guest. There was parking, but no solid roof, just some net hanging on the coconut trees for shadows, with the hot weather your motobike is still on fire.
Overall: nice hotel itself, for relax time is fine, don't expect super nice guest service.
The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city, with the Dak Lak Museum just a 10-minute walk away and the World Foundation of Coffee Museum reachable in about 30 minutes on foot. It’s a very modern property featuring great amenities, including a small gym, laundry facilities, and an on-site bar and restaurant.
My room was excellent and well-maintained. While the breakfast was simple, it was tasty and a good start to the day. The Wi-Fi speed is modest—perfectly fine for scrolling through social media or streaming standard video, though it might struggle with heavier tasks. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
I had such a lovely stay here. The hotel was spotless, the service was warm, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is clean with great service and friendly staff. Late check-out was available. The executive room had a beautiful view, bathtub, and Netflix account ready to use. Breakfast buffet was included with a wide variety of dishes. Affordable lunch options. It's located right near a bustling area, which made getting around super easy. Highly recommend this gem for your next restful getaway.
The hotel is quite nice, with complete amenities.
There's a coffee shop on the first floor, and they also sell durians during durian season—they grow their own, and they're very cheap and delicious.
They keep many beautiful ornamental fish.

GGuest UserPerfect place to stay: 24 check in, nice breakfast and super friendly stuff. Lots of entartainment around.
Pool on top floor for instant refeshment in the mornning.
AAndyDang99It's a bit back from the coastlines among souvenir shops and pubs. I heard music until 1:30 am but I would recommend if ear muffs or plugs are ok.
Well decorated installations, which reminded me of days staying in Paros, Greece, is a signature of this accommodation. I had good hospitality from the Vietnamese elderly couple who are organising the facility. All things are minimum equipped.
Tuy Hòa is famous for tuna sashimi. I went to one place about 5 mins drive by motorbike. It's still quiet and no over tourism fond itself there. Very local but it's gaining popularity among Vietnamese people. Better to visit now or soon.

SStefGThis was my second stay here, and I can't praise this hotel enough! Super clean, well equipped and modern rooms, best bed ever and great, super-friendly staff. Breakfast is a bit limited in low season, but excellent coffee and fantastic view from 17th floor. Just make sure, that you are okay with the location, as it's quite far from the sea, if you are looking for that.
There is a fantastic restaurant, which seems to belong to the hotel, just behind the building (”Texas Lumiere”). Try the spare ribs at unbelievable low price.
