The staff seemed unfamiliar with online bookings, but kindly let me into the room early. The room was very comfortable, and a good size, and everything worked - hair dryer, kettle, wifi, air con etc. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are plenty of places to eat around the town, the location is really convenient for the sights as well as shops and restaurants. On departure, although the booking was pre-paid, reception asked me to pay, and struggled to check the booking details.

Guest UserThe hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the airport, and the staff speak English. There are no taller buildings in the surrounding area, so the view is unobstructed. You'll likely enjoy a great view no matter which room you stay in. I didn't use the pool overlooking the city, but I did use the simple training room. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious, with fresh salads and local food. The hospitality was impeccable, and the entire hotel was very clean and beautiful. It naturally made me want to be polite, too.
