Em geral eu minha família gostamos do Hotal pela localização…mas a limpeza deixou de desejar. Os pratos não estavam limpos e cheia de formiga …bom. Isolamento acústico estava horrível…não csg entrar no sono pelo barulho dos vizinhos. Café da manhã é bem avariados…atendimento tbm é legal e atencioso… em geral eu dou a nota : 5 de 10.

The hotel is very well located and breakfast is excellent, but the accommodation conditions are not recognized as 4 stars, with an additional 200 for a room with sea view. The scenery is very medium, the room is very small, and the decor is very common, without teeth, peeches and chins. Hotel location is very good, breakfast is great. But the accommodation conditions do not recognize 4 stars, sea view room plus 200, but the view is very general, the room is small, the decoration is very ordinary, there is no toothbrush, comb, and slippers. Very inconvenient for Chinese tourists.

The hotel has a good structure. The strong points are the great hot water pools and the restaurant. The pools are very nice and are open until 22h. The restaurant offers a great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are very careful and educated. The weak points are lifts and the transfer to the aquatic park. Lifts are only 2 and appear not to have smart system, causing a shock in the hours of greater movements. The transfer is a urban bus. If you need to wait for him in the park, you will stay at the time (in the sun). Sometimes it may be better to take the car off the parking.

Good afternoon. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, it was a wonderful 3 days and we had a great time. We liked everything, from the room accommodation to the leisure space. Room with comfortable bed and sheets I think are 400 thread count....lol very soft, sleep very well. Breakfast had almost a little of everything, staff were always helpful. I really liked the pool bar too, fair price and everything we ordered came perfectly, gin, caipiroska and a portion of counter filet and breaded chicken strips, delicious, very crunchy, and well served. I would like to congratulate the staff for their good, relaxed and good-natured service (APOLO AND BIANCA) BAR And Mr. JOAO who helped us with our luggage to the car, very helpful. I want to come back more often 😁🫶🙌👏 We loved the pool too. Thanks

It's our home in Santos! I always return with my family to this hotel. What I consider most valuable is the affection and recreation with the children, from breakfast to dinner. For parents, the accommodation ends up being more relaxing and peaceful. The entertainment team is wonderful, we always return to the hotel because we know that the recreation will take great care of our child. Happy son, dad and mom even happier. I also highlight the great service at the pool bar with Hulk, great drinks (see photo). I recommend rooms facing the avenue or on the side facing the beach. The back rooms are not so nice. I suggest taking greater care in the maintenance of the bathrooms (lights, door, plumbing), and as it is primarily a beach hotel, offer some type of clothesline for drying wet clothes. I always recommend it to friends, especially families with children to enjoy the great recreation, and I hope we return soon.
