The location is unique, between the street park and Lake Ontario. Sitting in the hotel room, you can see the lake view outside the window. There is a commercial street at the door. I bought dinner and took it back to the hotel to sit on the sofa by the window and enjoy the beautiful scenery. When I checked out, the front desk lady was very nice and personally took me to the parking lot outside the hotel and taught me how to use the free parking card. The hotel's free breakfast is rich in variety and tastes very goodđ
Good services, decent breakfast and clean rooms. All good except for the window HVAC unit that is too loud... kept me awake while trying to sleep and had to shut it down to fall asleep.

Nice and clean facilities thanks to still being a new building. Room was clean and furnishings were nice. Excellent service and breakfast was good too. Recommended.
The hotel is about two hours' drive from Toronto, which is quite suitable for vacation. The hotel room has a kitchen, which is very convenient for cooking noodles. There is also a kettle. The food in the restaurant is also good. Overall, it is suitable for family vacation. Facing the lake view, you can see maple leaves in autumn. The disadvantage is that the swimming pool water is too dirty, mainly the outdoor swimming pool, the leaves have drifted into the swimming pool, and there are too many Indians, the smell is very strong
Very beautiful hotel, beautiful scenery facing the lake, only 8 minutes drive from Huntsville Town. Especially the luxury suite, oversized kitchen and living room, it is worth a visit. Service heart, completely home feeling đđ

Kkyes123nice little place pool was warm wish the slide be open more days then fri n sat had a park side view not much there but atleast nice lil balcony
GGuest UserThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isnât so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didnât eat at the hotel so couldnât comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.
GGuest UserStaff was amazing and accommodating. the room is excellent, spacious and has everything you need for a great stay. Location is great and will definitely book again
DDr CushThe location and amenities were great, but almost every facet of the trip was made frustrating by the hotel booking policies and front desk manager. I had a $250 Delta gift card that could not be used to pre-book the room to get a better rate. I called and was told Iâd have to book the âmember rateâ (since Iâm a member of Marriot Bonvoy and have their app) to use my gift card. That rate was $60 worse than prepaying on the app and $89 worse than trip.com. Considering they already have the money from the gift card youâd think they would have a way to use it while booking on their app or over the phone, not gouge you for the worst possible rate. Next, while we reserved a âwater view roomâ, not a âpartial water viewâ and paid extra, the photos show our lovely view of a steel plant, parking lot, mall and partial water view if you walked right up to the window and looked out at a sharp angle. I called 2 days before and requested early check in and was told 1pm. When I arrived our room was not ready. The manage (R****) was extremely rude and just acted confused, as if she didnât understand, but seemed to understand and was just unwilling to do anything. There was a sock under the bed.
HHenryW9My gf and I recently stayed to attend the Russell Peters show at Casino Rama and overall had a great experience.
Positives: affordable, quick and easy check-in, comfortable bed, friendly and welcoming owner/manager, good location between Orillia downtown & Casino Rama, a short 10â15 minute drive either way.
Negatives: the noise - bad sound isolation between neighbors, water heater, fridge, etc. The location can be a negative: itâs quiet and away from the crowds, which is nice if youâre looking for peace, but it also means youâre further from amenities like grocery stores and restaurants.
Overall: If youâre looking for an affordable and comfortable stay with a friendly host, and donât mind some noise or being a short drive from town conveniences, this inn is a solid choice - especially if youâre heading to Casino Rama for a show.
AA TrefzgerPerfect location, lovely room and very clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the dining area was bright and pleasant. I had asked for a desk and ended up with a corner room , a lovely view of the harbour and a spacious kitchenette. The staff were always friendly, and helpful when I needed to go to a pharmacy.
GGuest UserGreat location to stay with hood food and service.
Do not book there through trip.com as they advised trip.Com piggy backs on other companies and gives you good rates but not for the upper quality room you supposedly book. We were advised the Inn was trying to get away from trip.Com so customers and them are not caught by this issue and trip.Com then does not receive calls in English to review this with them.
ä˝ä˝No breakfast, you can go to the restaurant next to it, it tastes good. Convenient parking, next to the highway, the traffic is very convenient. The room facilities are old and there is a small swimming pool, the children like it very much.
