The room is clean and tidy, and the guy and girl at the front desk are warm and polite! The work was done very efficiently and I even gave a small gift! There is free ice cream in the lobby! Opposite is the Huquan Ecological Park, and the room also has a private hot spring! It’s so cool to have a private bath after a day out! Come again next time! ! !

Came here for a vacation with my sister. The hotel offers free parking, which is a 5-minute walk away, and the staff helped us with our luggage. The hotel's overall environment is excellent. We booked a room overlooking Erhai Lake, and they even upgraded our room type for free, so we had a view of Erhai Lake right from our bed. Breakfast and afternoon tea are included and are semi-buffet style; the staff serves the main course, and you can pick up some snacks yourself. The food quality is quite good. Overall, it felt very leisurely; we enjoyed the slow pace of life, eating while admiring Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. The view from our room was also amazing. There's turndown service, and a thermos delivered sweet soup in the evening. The welcome fruit was a thoughtful touch, and they even offered a fruit-cutting service. We ate a month's worth of fruit in two days! We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

The room is very unique and has a holiday feel. The hotel has many check-in spots, which is especially suitable for family vacations and couples' trips. It is very photogenic. Swinging, sitting and watching the sunset and the lake are really comfortable❤️ The only drawback: The roads on the way in and out are not flat enough, and it is difficult to drive, but it is a different feeling once you arrive at the hotel area.

Perfect service by very kind staffs. Kids friendly hotel as well with the game corner and spacious kids room. Can enjoy nice view of the lake and can see the sunset in the hotel or at the hotel beach. Feed in the restaurant is also nice and staffs are friendly to our kids.

My first trip to Yunnan and I'm spoilt by the hospitality at Shanshui. Even before the trip, 陈姐 had been answering my queries and helping to coordinate my train station pickup. We arrived to a pleasant offer to upgrade our room which we didn't hesitate to accept as we had travelled more than 12 hours to reach Shuanglang from Singapore. We were welcomed by tea and welcome gifts, followed by a sumptuous afternoon tea which we enjoyed while marveling the seaview from our balcony. While the room is a little oldish, it is more than compensated by the nice thoughts put into the amenities provided - proper toothbrushes, face masks, steam eye masks, laundry detergent, pail, toilet seat cover etc etc. The attention to details is testament of a good management by 陈姐。Breakfast is prepared with love, has lots of varieties and equally delicious. They just keep feeding us! They also assisted us with our luggage which was a great help. Overall it was a very nice stay that left us with very good impression.

This time, my sisters and I had to stay in Mile for two consecutive nights on our second stop in Yunnan. Mile Lake Spring Hotel must be our first choice. The Southeast Asian style environment, the mid-mountain hot springs, and the rich breakfast will make people linger. It is worth recommending. 🌟 Discover Treasure Hotel! The bedding is soft and comfortable, like sleeping in the cloud, and waking up is full of happiness. As soon as we stepped into the front desk, the warm atmosphere came to our face. We arrived very late. The front desk had inserted the card in advance to get electricity. 24 hours hot water was available. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry. The floor-to-ceiling windows led to the room. The lighting was just right and the room was fully equipped. Cost-effective and impeccable 👍

The most delightful sea-view room I've ever stayed in Dali! The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows are absolutely stunning; you can watch Cangshan Mountain reflected in Erhai Lake right from your bed. The balcony is perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and watching the sunset – so therapeutic. The room itself is incredibly luxurious, featuring a Dyson hairdryer and a smart toilet. They even provide complimentary makeup remover wipes and hydrating face masks, which shows incredible attention to detail. The butler service was outstanding. Since you can't park in the Old Town, they thoughtfully met us at the parking lot in advance, helped with our luggage, and escorted us to the hotel. The hotel offers a free afternoon tea and authentic, delicious Yunnan rice noodle breakfast. Plus, they provide a complimentary travel photoshoot with original photos, and the results are fantastic! The location in Shuanglang Ancient Town is excellent, making it convenient for getting around, yet it's surprisingly peaceful. Falling asleep to the sound of waves at night and waking up to the sunshine in the morning is just perfect. Both the value for money and the experience are top-notch. A must-stay when you visit Dali!

I highly recommend this guesthouse! We booked this room by chance, and it turned out to be the biggest surprise of our Dali trip. Everything about it was exceptional – from the decor and facilities to the service and the stunning views. The soundproofing was excellent, and the elevator ran quietly. The owner's wife personally cleans the rooms, which were spotless and meticulously maintained. For those who are particular about cleanliness, there were plenty of disposable amenities provided. The owner's service was incredibly warm and laid-back. Not only did they upgrade us to a sea-view room, but the rooftop sea-view terrace was absolutely beautiful, perfect for snapping some amazing photos. We even left a necklace in the room, and the owner was kind enough to mail it back to us – we're truly grateful for their honesty and effort. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here!

This guesthouse is absolutely amazing!!! 🤩 First, let's talk about the room itself. It's a Loft, so there's plenty of space, and all the amenities are brand new and smart. There's even a washing machine and a fridge. The lake view room is incredibly refreshing; the moment you open the window and see the lake, everything feels worth it! 😍 The guesthouse's first floor is a restaurant (for dining and coffee), which transforms into a small bar with live music in the evening (ending at 10 PM, so it's not noisy). Every corner is picturesque, and the attention to detail is remarkable. It's a must-visit for anyone who loves taking photos. The hostess is hands down the best I've met in years – such a lovely young lady! Before our arrival, she added me on WeChat to send the address and important notes. Upon arrival, she recommended sightseeing routes and attractions, helped us arrange a pig-trough boat tour (which was fantastic!), and even took photos for us right at the guesthouse entrance! 👍 Next time I visit Lugu Lake, I'm definitely staying here again!! 🥰
