Beach Hotels in Yunnan, China

Extremely satisfied with our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; when they saw us with our luggage across the street, they immediately came over to assist. Every single staff member greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was exquisitely prepared and delicious. The individual portions were quite filling. We only stayed one night in Chuxiong as we were just passing through, but our impression of this place far exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay in the future.

The boss upgraded the room for free. The hotel is in a good location, with many small shops nearby and the eco-tourism area within walking distance. There’s also free ice cream to eat. Good review!

The rooms have an old-fashioned, 'cadre' style, but the outdoor environment is truly beautiful. The hotel even has swans and squirrels that you can feed. The hot spring is also very good. The service is nice, and breakfast is plentiful. If it weren't for the high price of a five-star hotel, I'd love to come and stay here for the winter. Unlimited single-person access to the Lake Spring Mid-Mountain Hot Spring, open from 9 AM to 11:30 PM, very comfortable. Service: Free shuttle bus service within the resort to and from the restaurant and hot spring.

The room was spacious and very clean, with large windows. It was chilly at night, so it was great to have the heater on (I didn't take any photos of the room because out of all the hotels and guesthouses I've stayed in, this is the first one I'm actually reviewing! The only downside is that my room type didn't have a full-length mirror, hahaha, not sure about other rooms). In the mornings, you can see the sunrise over Cangshan Mountain from the room, and you can also head to the rooftop for an even better view of the sunrise. The location is super close to the popular Xindi Cafe – just a two or three-minute walk to the left downstairs. It's also near Yibu Zhi Yao, a Dali Bai ethnic specialty restaurant, which is just a few hundred meters to the right downstairs. Erhai Lake is right downstairs, and there's a coffee shop where you can also sit and watch the sunrise. The breakfast was delicious too! I can't believe the rice noodles at this guesthouse were the best I've had in Dali, hahaha! Overall, the experience was fantastic. The owner and staff were very welcoming and helped with our luggage. We stayed for three nights, and on the morning we left Dali, the owner even treated us to coffee and gave me a can of brown sugar. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dali. And no, I'm not a shill, hahahahahaha!

Pretty good, it's the only lakeside hotel in Fuxian Lake. The facilities are a bit old, but that's expected given its age. The water temperature in the bathtub wasn't quite hot enough. It would be better if the toilet had an automatic flush. However, it's well-maintained. It would be even better if breakfast was included. The housekeeper, Minty, provided good service.

Location: Superb! The electric scooter parking is right outside the entrance (which is a huge plus). All the attractions are to the left, and the closest one is Xindi Coffee. Service: The owner is amazing! Any questions, just ask the owner, and they'll give you accurate advice. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious. Facilities: The room facilities are all new, and there's nothing uncomfortable about them.

Next to Moon Bay, lake view room, beautiful environment, convenient for eating and parking; the room is clean and sanitary, well-decorated and well-maintained, with a wide view. Sitting by the window, drinking coffee, looking at the blue lake in the distance is refreshing. It's only a 5-minute walk to Moon Bay Park. It's a great place to play in the water and stroll in Fuxian Lake. It's worth recommending!

The transportation is relatively convenient. It is just a short walk across from Moon Bay and not far from the Fossil Museum. The lady at the front desk is also very welcoming. The room is neat and clean. There is a large window that can see the whole view of Fuxian Lake. It is very beautiful. The bed is also very soft and comfortable. The lighting in the room is very soft. We also rent a car downstairs. It is also convenient for visiting the surrounding scenic spots. .

Nestled amidst towering high-rises, this three-story traditional Chinese house stands out, seemingly untouched by the modern world. I initially thought being on a lower floor might mean a mediocre lake view, but I was pleasantly surprised! The balcony offers an expansive vista where fields and lake merge, instantly bringing a sense of peace and tranquility. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Afternoon tea is served in the restaurant on the first floor, with the distant mountains looking like painted brows. This place is perfect for young urban dwellers, accustomed to cramped city living, to truly unwind and enjoy life. It's just a ten-minute walk down to the lakeside, and very close to Pink Beach. You can also go sailing. In the evening, a stroll through the Starlight Night Market behind the hotel is also a great option.

This guesthouse is absolutely amazing!!! 🤩 First, let's talk about the room itself. It's a Loft, so there's plenty of space, and all the amenities are brand new and smart. There's even a washing machine and a fridge. The lake view room is incredibly refreshing; the moment you open the window and see the lake, everything feels worth it! 😍 The guesthouse's first floor is a restaurant (for dining and coffee), which transforms into a small bar with live music in the evening (ending at 10 PM, so it's not noisy). Every corner is picturesque, and the attention to detail is remarkable. It's a must-visit for anyone who loves taking photos. The hostess is hands down the best I've met in years – such a lovely young lady! Before our arrival, she added me on WeChat to send the address and important notes. Upon arrival, she recommended sightseeing routes and attractions, helped us arrange a pig-trough boat tour (which was fantastic!), and even took photos for us right at the guesthouse entrance! 👍 Next time I visit Lugu Lake, I'm definitely staying here again!! 🥰
