This Hotel provided us with a fantastic stay. It is clean, the staff are very attentive but not overbearing. Our room was very clean, but there were a couple of small drawbacks. There was a small desk, but no wardrobe for clothes. It would have served better to do away with the desk and provide somewhere to unpack our cases and hang clothes. My wife and I lived out of our suitcases for the duration. Also, there didn't seem to be any ground-floor rooms and there was not a lift. So, I think this would be unsuitable for guests in wheelchairs or severe difficulties with stairs (it would be wise to contact the Hotel directly to confirm this if you are in this position).
The food was excellent and quite well priced for Iceland ( food and drink in Iceland is NOT cheap ). Overall, we both enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly book again. Hotel, staff and food were all 100%.

Tumpy TumTumGood room and a great location right next to the pier. However, the location of our room was a bit strange, as it was directly beside the public walkway. People kept walking past the window and even sitting outside sometimes, so there was almost no privacy.
The room was also quite noisy. You could constantly hear people banging doors when opening and closing them, and the walls were very thin — we could easily hear people talking and even their TV from the neighboring rooms.
The funny part was that the fire alarm suddenly went off at 6:50 AM and woke everyone up. To make up for it, the hotel offered us free breakfast, which was a nice gesture, but unfortunately we had to rush out.

In general, hotel rooms in Iceland tend to be small, but this one was extremely small. The bathroom was so cramped that it almost felt claustrophobic. The shower size was unbelievably tiny, and the water pressure was very weak—like light spring rain.
The walls were also very thin, so you could hear everything, including voices and footsteps from other rooms.
The hot tub, sauna, and buffet (63dollars) were decent, which was probably the only positive.
Also, if someone checks in late next door, don’t expect to get any sleep until they’re completely done with their business

The place gave off a very country club kind of vibe, the room was well decorated, enough space to open 2 large luggages and still have some space to walk.
The bed was comfortable for the night’s rest too and the breakfast though not many options but all were delicious👍🏼
The nearest town from this accommodation was a 10-15mins drive, hence the location had a high score.
This will be my to go to accommodation when I visit Iceland again!

悠長 旅遊 日記
Harry Country Hotel is truly amazing value! The rooms are clean and bright, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and you can see the glacier or the sea just by opening the curtains in the morning. The breakfast selection is extensive and fresh, and the lamb dishes are superb. It's only a 10-minute drive from the glacial lagoon, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Iceland! Highly recommended!

The service did not give full marks because of self-check-in, no on-site service, phone and email contact is still very smooth. .
Unexpectedly, the hotel is opposite the XHS net red lobster shop. It is very clean. It is very quiet. Although it is full, the guests have a very small voice. The shared bathroom is not expected to be so clean. It seems that the quality of the guests is very high. We also cleaned up the kitchen used for breakfast. It feels good.

Xh_ChongWe stopped for one night on our way back to Reykjavik from the east, but encountered an orange alert and were worried about not being able to reach our destination smoothly. That same day, we also saw many tour groups that were also staying overnight due to road closures.
I recommend going for breakfast early to avoid peak hours.
The room is very spacious; you can easily unfold your suitcase. It's just a pity there's no washing machine 😭
Also, if your room is on the second floor, there's no elevator; consider this before booking.

The room is very open, the health is very good, the environment is small but complete!
The only downside is that the sound insulation problem needs to be improved.
But as a homestay, the environment is very good, very close to the city center, parking and shopping are very convenient!

Ieva, the receptionist, is superb. She gave us all the details of Northern Lights and, thanks to her, we saw the Lights in front of the hotel!

Ho repeteixo? Ok... Fantàstic !!*!!
