The table service I would say is excellent. The modern structure. I would say the young lady at the reception is very helpful and kind. Good and plentiful breakfast. Finally a clean room. I gladly go back.
The facilities are a bit old but they are cleaned very well. The lady at the front desk was very kind and gave us a lot of travel advice. The hotel is on Lido Island and it is very convenient to go to the beach, but you need to take a bus to the main island, so you need to plan your budget and travel time reasonably.

Worthy of the Indigo name I would say. very kind staff and good vibes in the hotel, location is a bit of an issue for most but its really just a 20min walk from st marco's square and this is not an issue if you are young.
Breakfast is very decent and has lots of choices, premium seats, good vibes, in warmer months can eat outside too.
Quiet location with very little noise.
I stayed here for 1 night, in a single room, and I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony. The interiors have an antique feel to them, with parquet and painted wardrobe.
The check in process was very smooth, the location is fantastic, the bed was comfy and clean, the shower had good pressure, and the place was quiet, with ambient chatter sounds from the nearby cafes, which enhanced my holiday-mood.
Great place, I'd love to return for a longer stay.
The male staff working in morning is super nice . room is bit small for 2 people. Location is excellent, 🏨 is in the middle of the town . It is adjacent to supermarkets and restaurants. But , the air conditioning in my room 27 was not working well during my stay...
Lovely modern hotel situated approx less than 10mins walk from the water bus stop Lido SME. Breakfast was simple…cereals, some fruit, baked goods and cold meats. If you wanted something hot, there was only scrambled eggs, sausages and/or bacon. The coffee wasn’t great…it was a Douwe Egbert machine. It’s about a 10min walk to the beach which was beautiful. The room was small but adequate. It was really hot in the room and there were no instructions on how to use the air on. We just opened the windows which helped slightly. You have body wash/shampoo provided but no hair conditioner so we had to go to a nearby local supermarket (called Coop) to buy. There’s also complimentary teas and coffee in the room. Other stuff in the mini fridge is chargeable. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
Good environment, by the sea, there is a boat to Venice. The room has to be set early, very big, sent beach shoes, although very cheap, but very careful. The breakfast dining environment is also very beautiful, on the second floor, it is very comfortable to see the sea on a sunny day. Especially suitable for couples to travel.
It is recommended to set a sea view room

+ located near railway station (across the bridge)
+ low price
- very old state of the room and hotel
- we hear every noise around our room
- two male workers bothered us twice !!! after we checked in. they wanted to fix the air conditioner, even though I told them we didn't need it!!!
I stayed at La Pergola for 3 nights and it felt very homey to me, like a student dorm room.
It was easy to reach from the Lido SME station, very quiet, my room had plenty of light, a desk to do some work, internet was working properly in the room though I was at the second floor.
The bed was comfy, bed linen was clean, the water was warm and shower had pressure, though the shower head had some holes clogged.
All the basics are there, coffee in the morning is included, and -despite the fact that the room could use a deep cleaning - I think it was great value for money, much better than expected given the previous reviews.
This place will be on my return list in my future travels to Venice.

KKyRuSThe hotel is a bit far from the main pier, it takes 10 or 20 minutes to walk, and you have to wait by bus, which is not very frequent. There is a close pier but not commonly used so it is not useful. The breakfast was good and the waiters were very courteous, worthy of praise! Instead, the person who should be the owner of the house at check-in is average. Room booked for 3 days, no hot water the next morning! Take a cold shower! It's cold to sick 😑 The photos of the room are too beautiful 😅

GGuest UserIt was the most trashy hotel of my life. It was my first time staying in a room that didn't even have basic air conditioning and a refrigerator, and it ruined my vacation mood. It was smelly and dirty.
GGuest UserGreat price and clean. We had minimal contact with staff and did not take advantage of breakfast. Room looked great on arrival but everything was a bit low end. Also you could hear water dripping off and on through the night. I assume this was sound coming through the drain from others showering. Overall a good sleep and good deal for the money.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the Lodo port. But since it is too close, the house will shake when the boat hits the levee.
Room amenities are a little dated, Even though it's a non-smoking room, I can still smell some smoke.
All the staff are very friendly. They can prepare a takeaway breakfast if you leave the hotel before breakfast time.
