Zum Anfang war es Personal sehr freundlich an der Rezeption. Wir hatten dann eine Beschwerde weil einer hochzeitsfeier zwei Zimmer neben uns war und es wirklich extrem laut war da wurde uns gesagt dass dies bis 4 Uhr morgens geht. Ich fragte wegen einem neuen Zimmer und das der Krach und die lauter Musik unerträglich ist da wo du gesagt nein es gibt kein anderes Zimmer! Ich habe dann bei trip.com angerufen und habe mich beschwert diese haben dann im Hotel angerufen und uns hat ganz unfreundlich eine Dame der Rezeption angerufen auf dem Zimmer und gesagt wir sollen beide andere Zimmer los los... Im Endeffekt ist der Kunde da wirklich nur eine Wanze.. Mitarbeiter meist nur Handy in der Hand . Eine Frage hat und sie das Handy wegpacken müssen ziehen Sie sofort eine Fresse . Im Grunde nach war das Hotel sauber aber Personal war unfreundlich auch im Restaurant....

Hotel offers a good standard. The rooms are modernly equipped, comfortable bed as well as a beautiful balcony. Aquapark is great! What is a little nervous is that the whole circuit in the room (light, air conditioning) is turned off after about minutes after activation and you need to reactivate it. Also, the dinner is a bit narrow when offering full.

Despite full payment via the agency, we had to pay 55 euros extra for our child's breakfast at our arrival. Furthermore, the parking fee is very expensive – 15 euros per day. In a completely empty city without any particularities to pay so much money for a hotel, it is really absurd. For three days I have paid over EUR 500. Don't let you be misled by the pool – it is practically not useable. The sauna is not really warm, rather just for decoration. Breakfast was good and the staff in breakfast service and the cleaning forces were really excellent – a great compliment to them. In addition, this hotel has no specialities.

The visit to Misdroy / Miedzyzdroje was a success.
Location: The hotel has been on the same site for more than 30 years and has not moved :)
It was completely renovated and corresponds to the standard ****.
The smoke of the sea is not commercial! But you can really enjoy it !!!!!
Fortunately, the building does not say anything about the people who are working there.
Simple: Super, Orient, Extra, Lux.
First class ”Cameracy”, always available, and covers any claims and expectations.
The food is easy for everyone and is naturally delicious.
Thank you to the ”powers” of Anna and Marzena, as well as the new colleague, Maja.
I hope we will see you soon.

Beautiful apartment with great view on the 7th floor.
Rooms clean, fresh. Additional towels, odorous bedding, clean dishes and kitchen equipment.
The bathroom is also super, big shower with rain ❤️
Very good contact with the reception. Available parking near the building. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserThe Vestina is in a good location. The only downside I find is that the rooms are not clean. Most of the breakfast buffet is already cleared away, even though it is still within the allotted time. There are also construction projects going on at the moment because the hotel is being expanded. I used to enjoy being a guest at the Vestina. Unfortunately, I can't say that anymore.

The money was extra cards, with discounts in the bar, with available towels, bedside parachutes and updated information with events of the day in this town on the announcement board. For the conveniences the ”good” rating is issued because of the lack of information about the inactive jacuzzi. The rest on 5.

KKoper007Byliśmy z rodziną w Król Plaza Resort w Jarosławcu. Sam hotel ma świetną lokalizację blisko plaży, pokoje były czyste i wygodne, a dzieci bardzo dobrze bawiły się na basenie i w kąciku zabaw. Jedzenie było smaczne, ale dość powtarzalne – po kilku dniach brakowało nam większej różnorodności. Na minus muszę wspomnieć o paniach w recepcji, które nie były zbyt miłe i przez to pierwsze wrażenie nie należało do najlepszych. Ogólnie jednak pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie i jest to dobre miejsce na rodzinny urlop.

GGuest UserI used the bed that breakfast . I ordered 2 rooms with a large bed and a view to the city . I got a connected bed and a view to the backyard . I was for 1 night and only for a night and not for staying at the hotel so I didn't advertise this fact.In room 206 I had a broken firana and in room 207 it was cold and the water in the washing machine was not gone.Elevators are a tragedy,they are very slow, I pressed 0 I went to 6 p, about 11 o'clock where there is a room presentation it needs to be armed with great patience. BBerlin-GlobetrotterHotel has good facilities, good beds and a great and varied breakfast - there is also something for allergy sufferers. There is now also water in the room. The only small drawback is that the water pressure in the bathroom could be improved and the air conditioning cannot be regulated individually.
Super central location, just a few meters from the UBB train station, about 15-20 minutes from the center and the beach.
