Anonymous UserYou shouldn't expect anything special for that kind of money. The room is 'tired', with mold, needs repairs. The breakfast doesn't taste good. Booked for 3 nights, left after the first one. While looking for more comfortable accommodation, the overall window will be here, but it's better to pay a little extra and choose a better hotel.

This hotel is right in the heart of Nha Trang, with a view of the Lotus Tower from the window. We stayed in a sea-view suite with a balcony. The suite itself is very spacious and has two bathrooms, which was really convenient. However, the hotel is quite old, and the room is starting to look a bit tired. The curtains were stained, and the plumbing was showing its age. It’s fine for a couple of days, but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

YaoyuejiufenThis hotel is conveniently located right on the road from Cam Ranh Airport to Nha Trang city center. It's built in a long, narrow shape on a cliff overlooking Cam Ranh Beach, offering fantastic, expansive views of the South China Sea – truly top-notch! The villas, especially those with numbers starting with 5, have even better views. It's a perfect spot to relax and unwind, and also ideal for couples on their honeymoon. On the downside, the hotel isn't very deep, so rooms closer to the road might be noisy. Also, the restaurant menu is a bit pricey; it's actually more cost-effective to take a taxi into the city for meals. However, one of the waitresses at the restaurant, named DIEU, was very friendly, charming, and polite! The two female receptionists were also excellent, though I can't recall their names.

The room was spotless and thoroughly cleaned. The facilities aren't super old and are perfectly functional. The bedding was also quite good quality. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and there was even a Chinese-speaking lady at the front desk. They offer free ice and a shuttle service. The swimming pool water was clean and not too crowded, making it perfect for a vacation. Their breakfast in the morning was abundant, and they even had my favorite baguette.

Aleksandra ButovaWe booked this hotel because it's part of the Novotel chain, which is worldwide. It's a bit older, but the rooms meet all expectations and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with the Lotus almost directly opposite. The hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach, but there are only 12 for ALL guests, so it's better not to count on them, especially since they are in the 4th or 5th row from the sea. There are always empty sunbeds closer to the sea for 400k VND (for 2). Breakfasts are excellent and varied. The hotel left a good impression, even though we only stayed overnight and had breakfast there.

Guest UserWe had a fantastic 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel! Pure relaxation! The sea itself is just incredible – unbelievably beautiful! The hotel, admittedly, isn't new, but our bungalow was quite clean, with white linens and towels, and clean, fresh-smelling robes! No critters in the room! It was quiet and peaceful; in the mornings, you'd be woken by birdsong, not car noise! The breakfasts are excellent; you'll find everything you need for a delicious and filling meal! The only downside is that the restaurant's menu for lunch and dinner is a bit limited. But we just took the boat to Nha Trang, so it wasn't an issue: a 5-7 minute ride on a boat that runs every 2 hours, and you're on the mainland! The night view from the bungalow was simply amazing!!! All in all, we really loved this hotel!

TianboyangfuThe hotel is right in Nha Trang city, just across the road from the Pacific Ocean. All the sea-view rooms offer a 90-degree side view of the sea. The sound of the waves at night can be quite loud. The hotel is a bit old, and the lobby is on the smaller side, but that's not a major issue. My biggest complaint, however, is the hotel's dining. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, and the seafood buffet dinner was even worse! Calling the fish 'rotten' and the shrimp 'stale' isn't an exaggeration at all. There were no complimentary drinks at the buffet; everything had to be paid for separately. The small sea crabs were indeed tiny, probably weighing only an ounce or two. The shrimp meat wasn't firm; it was mushy. I won't go into all the other details, but having traveled to many places around the world, this is the first time I can remember leaving a buffet feeling hungry.

Guest UserThis is our second visit. The accessibility, tranquility of the resort, facilities, food, and service all exceeded our expectations. The private beach is also great for kids to play on. The sand is incredibly fine, so they had a wonderful time playing in it. We'd definitely consider a third visit!

Guest UserGreat location. A little dated but great value for money. Local buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Great roof top bar for a great view. Room had a great sea view.

Guest UserA truly wonderful stay, full marks across the board. Let me give a proper review.
**Facilities:** They are a bit old, definitely showing their age, but in that 'old money' kind of way. The sunrise from the balcony is spectacular; I enjoyed stunning sunrises on both days. It's an established high-star hotel with comfortable rooms, a clean pool, lovely breakfast, and a well-equipped gym – truly perfect for a vacation. The only minor inconveniences were the lack of power outlets (understandable given it's an older building) and the old-fashioned light switches which weren't as convenient as modern centralized controls.
**Hygiene:** Excellent, cleaned daily.
**Environment:** Great! Very convenient for getting around.
**Service:** This is where it fell a bit short. It felt like there was a difference in how Korean, Japanese, and Western guests were treated compared to Chinese guests. Also, the Chinese speaking ability at the front desk was quite weak.
