Highly, highly recommend! This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in, not just for its thoughtful service, but also for its proactive and highly professional, personalized approach. The hotel's location is exceptional, very close to Bright Summit and prime spots for sunrise and sunset viewing, and it's on the main route to other popular attractions. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, specifically catering to hikers. Plus, they offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to wear for photos. They also provide complimentary down jackets for use in the guest rooms. The service, though, is what truly stands out—it's incredibly attentive! And all the services are proactively offered, anticipating guests' needs, which completely redefined my understanding of hotel room service. We were able to check in several hours early, saving us from lugging our luggage up the mountain. They also gave us very clear recommendations for our Huangshan itinerary! Seeing an extra child in our room, they proactively brought extra toiletries. They also reminded us multiple times about sunset times, etc. After we finished exploring for the day and returned to the hotel... that's when the real magic happened—this service truly exceeded my expectations. First, we were invited to watch a performance arranged by the hotel, then offered orange juice, followed by foot soak packets delivered to our room, and even a 20-minute free massage chair session. Isn't this exactly what we needed after a full day of strenuous hiking? A little while later, presumably after we finished our foot soaks, fresh fruit was delivered directly to our door! Did we think it was over? No, local specialty snacks were also brought to us! The next day, even after we had checked out and were about to leave, they offered milk tea and bottled water, all to keep us hydrated during our climb. This service is truly incredibly thoughtful. The key is that all of this was proactively offered by them. Before staying at this Baiyun Hotel, I honestly had no idea service could be this good! It's absolutely amazing! Huangshan is beautiful, and I'll definitely be back, and I'll be staying here again next time.

The environment is great, the rooms are spacious, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very rich. The staff are also very polite and friendly to guests. However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

Very satisfied with our stay at Xihai Hotel. We booked a suite room (Area B) for a family, but I think because of off peak season, they have the capacity to upgrade us to two bedrooms in the main building (area A) and we are very grateful for that. From the beginning the service was excellent, we were taken to our room and showed what was available. Everything in the room can be used without extra charge and can call to ask for more. Amenities and toiletries are available, room is very clean and breakfast buffet is included. Buffet dinner was ¥180 per person and it has enough varieties (mainly chinese food with some pasta, pizza, cakes). The front view of the hotel is amazing, overlooking Huangshan Mountain. The staff also very informative to guests about sunset and sunrise for the day. There were also a performance after dinner at the lobby for hotel guests. The hotel also provides two hiking jackets and a torch to help hotel guests to go out and about to hike the mountain. Our family has had the best time at Xihai Hotel and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to stay overnight at Xihai Hotel. You won’t disappointed.

Only a short stay, but has always been good staying this hotel for close proximity to shops, restaurants, and business partners.

“Open the window and witness a sea of clouds, step outside and marvel at majestic peaks”—this is no exaggeration! The hotel is located in the core area of Huangshan Scenic Area, with the rugged pine shadows of Shixin Peak swaying just outside the window, and the grandeur of Black Tiger Pine visible right around the corner. It's just a leisurely 5-minute walk from the room to the Shixin Peak viewing platform, where you might even encounter squirrels and feel the cool mountain breeze along the way! When we checked in, we had quite a bit of luggage, and the front desk staff member immediately grabbed a hiking pole, turned into a 'superman,' and escorted us all the way to our room. He even thoughtfully reminded us, 'There will be a spectacular rime ice phenomenon before sunrise tomorrow, we'll give you a wake-up call at 5 AM!'—And true to his word, there was a knock on our door promptly in the morning. This level of dedication even moved me, a picky travel expert!

I booked 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Regency Exclusive Double Bedroom. It was very spacious and had a great view especially at night. It has a separate powder room area and large walk in closet. Shout out to NINA for providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. She was meticulous about answering all of my questions and always ready to help. My reservation included access to the club area where they had a good variety of food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this particular room if you need plenty of space.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

This stay was really great! The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation around, whether it is to go to scenic spots or business districts. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the warm decoration style. The staff member Wang Ting was warm and considerate. When checking in, he took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding food. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very warm, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very comfortable to sleep. And the sound insulation was very good, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were also complete, with a light fragrance. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is also very good, especially the freshly made fried eggs and local special snacks, which are appetizing. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it to my friends!
