The facilities were just average. The air conditioning was ineffective; even set to 16°C, the room struggled to cool down during the day, leaving me sweating even when idle. Several elevators also lacked AC. The executive lounge was a major disappointment; its ”happy hour” consisted solely of a fixed set meal that was both spicy and unappetizing, with absolutely no beverages or alcoholic drinks offered. The bedding felt damp, and breakfast was mediocre. The Nanchang mixed noodles and clay pot soup were particularly terrible.

Cleanliness was average. However, the sofa in my room had noticeable, uncleaned stains.
## Environment
The hotel is located in the bustling Honggutan area.

Service was generally mediocre. The front desk staff was distracted, taking phone calls while checking me in, and even seemed unsure of my booked room type. On the positive side, the doorman was excellent, proactively opening car doors and assisting with luggage. Room service was also decent, delivering items promptly.

GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic! The location is superb, within walking distance to Tengwang Pavilion, and the hotel's revolving restaurant offers stunning views of both Tengwang Pavilion and the beautiful scenery of Jiangxi!
Facilities: Comprehensive and well-equipped. There's even a self-service laundry room with dryers, which is very convenient to use.
The swimming pool is 25 meters long, and it's great to see children training there, supporting the younger generation of swimmers 🏊🏻♀️.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The staff cleans the room daily.
Service: They offer late-night snacks and afternoon tea, and there's even a Yamaha grand piano available for guests to play.

GGuest UserI went out with my friends on May Day. This hotel is close to the train station. There is also a subway to popular attractions, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit old and the lighting is dim, but the room is relatively large, with a living room, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. The only downside is that there are too few plugs, and there are none in the bedroom, which is very inconvenient. I hope it can be improved.

Whether it is the grandeur of the lobby or the exquisite service of the guest rooms, I was impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of the hotel staff. I was deeply impressed. From reception to room service, every staff member showed extremely high professionalism and care for guests. Especially Xiaogui at the front desk arranged warm and comfortable rooms and solved problems efficiently, which made me happy. I feel the warmth of home, and the dining experience is equally impressive. The food in the hotel's restaurant is diverse and tastes great. Every stay is a very pleasant experience.

BbravefishsThe Jiangxi Hotel is advertised as an old five-star hotel. Its location is decent, right next to a subway station, but the facilities are quite outdated. When I was first checked in, they made a point of saying it was an 'upgraded room.' However, the room had an incredibly strong musty smell; I literally couldn't breathe, which is a first for me in any hotel. I'm not sure if it was intentional. They then moved me to an adjacent room, which still had a musty smell, though it became slightly better after airing it out for a bit. They claimed this room was better because the carpet had been replaced compared to the previous one, but the duvet felt damp, so I had to take it out to the balcony to air. There were also too few pillows, and when the main light was turned on, I could see a lot of dust and dirt on it. I just endured the night, but the experience was not good. Breakfast was acceptable. In the future, I'll need to be much more careful when choosing a hotel.

The hotel lobby is stylish, the room is warmly decorated, the facilities are complete, the bedding is brand new, the breakfast is rich, and the meal is full. During the Spring Festival, the popularity is high, the occupancy rate is high, and the breakfast has to be turned over. The hotel has a gym and laundry service. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and there are questions and answers. Overall, Nanchang Kaimei Grand Hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

HHupo1979Traveling with the elderly, when booking, specially asked for smoke-free treatment, the result was arranged on the so-called smoke-free floor on the sixth floor, the corridor smelled of smoke, and cigarette butts were found in the room (stuck in the gap of the sofa, it was blackened). Eat in the restaurant, obviously posted a non-smoking, some diners smoke, and said that they can smoke in the year, and the waiter also allows it. Indoor smoking is a national regulations, can you not comply with the New Year? According to this logic, you can also steal things after the New Year! Please also strengthen relevant management.
