The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a vibrant array of shops and supermarkets nearby. What truly stands out is the outstanding service. During check-in, as our reserved room wasn't ready, we were immediately upgraded to a suite, and all subsequent service was incredibly prompt. Our package included a complimentary shuttle service to Haihunhou, and upon contacting the front desk manager, the arrangement was promptly made. Overall, I'd give this hotel a strong recommendation. Our two-day stay was truly excellent! We would definitely return if we have the chance!

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transport links, right next to the Pavilion of Prince Teng and Wanshou Palace, making sightseeing incredibly easy. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The revolving restaurant on the 26th floor offers superb views, and the overall ambiance is grand and elegant. The hotel has a 25-meter standard swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, which is great for guests who like to exercise. The only drawbacks are that some facilities are a bit dated and not well-maintained, and guests were smoking in the gym. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for short trips.

I went out with my friends on May Day. This hotel is close to the train station. There is also a subway to popular attractions, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit old and the lighting is dim, but the room is relatively large, with a living room, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. The only downside is that there are too few plugs, and there are none in the bedroom, which is very inconvenient. I hope it can be improved.

I feel the warmth of home, and the dining experience is equally impressive. The food in the hotel's restaurant is diverse and tastes great. Every stay is a very pleasant experience.

I stayed here on my first day in Nanchang. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and the fact that it's an established five-star hotel. It's only 200 meters from Shengjin Tower and 300 meters from the subway station, making it very easy to get around. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so they're using a temporary lobby, but the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. I stayed for two nights and found it super convenient to get to the August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Hall, Wanshou Palace, and Tengwang Pavilion—they were just two subway stops away. Downstairs, there are also local restaurants serving authentic Jiangxi cuisine, as well as lamb spine hotpot and spicy crayfish, among other delicious options. It was really convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. It's just a shame I forgot to take photos during my two-day stay.

An old star hotel, not far from the city, close to Aixi Lake, quiet environment and convenient parking. The hotel lobby is stylish, the room is warmly decorated, the facilities are complete, the bedding is brand new, the breakfast is rich, and the meal is full. During the Spring Festival, the popularity is high, the occupancy rate is high, and the breakfast has to be turned over. The hotel has a gym and laundry service. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and there are questions and answers. Overall, Nanchang Kaimei Grand Hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

As expected from a long-standing five-star hotel, the service was warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious. While the decor felt a bit dated, it still offered excellent value for money considering the price.

The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes walk to Bayi Square, and the Tengwang Pavilion takes the subway for about ten minutes. Back to the hotel in the evening to rest and cross the Wushang Mall across the road to eat and go shopping. The hotel belongs to the enterprises affiliated to the Jiangxi National People's Congress. Generally speaking, the layout and decoration are old-fashioned. The room area is large, the bathroom area will be smaller, and the air conditioning and bedding are good.

This is my second stay. Although the facilities and decoration are a bit old, the hotel is in an excellent location, the room is large enough, the price/performance ratio is very high, and the service is also very good. The front desk customer service is very patient and enthusiastic to answer questions. Recommended!
