Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

This hotel stay completely redefined my understanding of what a truly excellent accommodation should be! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm lighting and soothing music in the lobby immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional; check-in was super efficient, and they even proactively upgraded my room, which was a delightful surprise! The hotel also thoughtfully provided Type-C charging ports. The room itself was absolutely flawless: the bedding was incredibly soft, and with the blackout curtains drawn, it created a perfect sleeping environment. Even the bathroom was impressive, featuring a smart toilet and a large rainfall showerhead – every detail showcased thoughtful design and comfort. The hotel gym was equipped with brand-new machines. Breakfast offered such a vast selection that it was hard to choose, with everything from Chinese hot congee and fried dough sticks to Western pastries and coffee, truly catering to all tastes. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. This entire stay was absolutely perfect – a definite five-star experience! I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again for my next trip.

I was extremely impressed with this stay; it certainly lives up to its reputation as a local five-star hotel. The moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, a bellboy promptly ran over to assist with our luggage, escorting us all the way to the front desk. This immediately made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient during check-in. As we hadn't opted for breakfast at the hotel, they thoughtfully provided detailed information about the operating hours of the nearby floating market, suggesting it as an alternative for breakfast options – an incredibly thoughtful gesture. The hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to visit popular spots like the 'Internet-famous Wall' and West Market. There are also plenty of dining options right nearby, including BBQ restaurants and Hailanjiang Stone Pot Rice. If you prefer not to venture far, the hotel itself offers a great selection of Korean, Western, and Chinese cuisine. The room facilities were also excellent, with comfortable bedding. Overall, I highly commend the service here.

This time we visited the north slope of Changbai Mountain. Staying in Erdaobaihe is convenient for shopping (it's too cold outdoors) but not ideal for mountain access. So, we opted for the DoubleTree (a bit pricey for the value). It's located less than 2km from the north slope entrance. The VIP pass provided upon check-in means we're not restricted by the park's entry times. There's a shuttle from the hotel to the park gate, you just need to register at the concierge desk after checking in – very convenient. Reviews usually start with the positives before the negatives. **Praises:** 1. The lady who checked me in (forgot to check her name tag) had an excellent and appropriately enthusiastic service level. She explained everything clearly. 2. The hotel breakfast was great, with a good selection of both Chinese and Western options. There were plenty of choices, two coffee machines, and even ice available. 3. I stayed on the top floor, and my balcony faced east, offering beautiful sunrise views. 4. The hotel environment is fantastic, nestled in the woods. The scenery after a winter snowfall is stunning, giving it a jungle cabin vibe. **Areas for Improvement:** 1. Two days before check-in, the hotel contacted me to ask if I needed butler service. This is a great initiative, but the young lady who called sounded very reluctant, almost like she didn't want to make the call. Either it's a staffing issue or a training one. 2. The hotel isn't old, but the shower drain had a pretty strong odor, especially when dry. It improved after showering for a while and the water flushed it, but the next morning the smell was quite noticeable again. 3. I don't understand why the hot spring building is separate from the main hotel. You have to walk outdoors to get to it. While it can't be changed now, this design feels a bit inconvenient and poorly thought out.

The Grand Hyatt Changchun is probably the best hotel in Changchun. First, my complaints: Honestly, the design is illogical. The driveway from the car entrance/exit to the lobby is a tiny, U-shaped hairpin turn! The public area of the lobby has no sofas, so a bunch of people were standing around waiting to check in! The underground parking garage is practically for expert drivers only! It was the National Day holiday, and we booked two king rooms. One room's key card was ready at 3 PM, but the other wasn't available until 5 PM. Last year during the National Day holiday, the InterContinental Taiyuan's efficiency was far, far better than the Grand Hyatt Changchun. Now, for the praise: The decor is very new, the rooms are spacious, and having the toilet and shower separate is a huge plus. The facilities are also very new, and the bedding meets Grand Hyatt's high standards. When they couldn't free up a room, they upgraded us. A senior manager in the lobby, who spoke fluent Cantonese, was excellent at communicating and managing the situation. Her attitude was very good, and she handled issues promptly. I hope the hotel can improve its service efficiency and optimize processes like check-in, public areas, and luggage service. Ultimately, if you come to Changchun, I still recommend staying at the Grand Hyatt Changchun. It's centrally located, and the facilities are great. I give it five stars. However, try to avoid coming during holidays; your experience might be better on weekdays.

It's such a shame I didn't get any photos of the hotel's interior. Let's start with check-in, which was incredibly smooth. The front desk staff were super friendly and even gave us a small gift – truly fitting for a four-star hotel. Their service was warm, and they were all uniformly dressed, professional and proper. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious, just fantastic. Finally, check-out was so thoughtful; they proactively offered bottled water for the road. During our stay, any request we made to the front desk was met without hesitation. If I get the chance to visit Yanji again, I will definitely choose the Hilton Garden Inn Yanji. A big thank you to all the Hilton Garden Inn staff for making this trip wonderful!

What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!

Bonus points! The room came with free bottled water, tea bags, and coffee, plus a hairdryer, charging cables, and emergency supplies – no need to bring your own extras. The blackout curtains were amazing, letting me sleep in each morning, which I absolutely loved. The service was truly exceptional! I realized I'd forgotten my charger when checking in, and the front desk not only lent me one for free but also proactively upgraded my floor. The cleaning staff were very attentive; they replaced trash bags and refilled toiletries daily, and even folded my clothes neatly.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff had a great service attitude. There was a continuous supply of hot water and heating. The hotel offers a shuttle service with drivers, and we interacted a lot with one particular driver who was exceptionally nice. The other drivers were also very good; they were willing to give us free rides to restaurants (whenever they were available) and even recommended good places to eat. The front desk staff was also wonderful and upgraded our room for free. Highly recommend staying here! Wishing everyone a fun trip!

Hot Springs ♨️♨️♨️ You can go anytime during your stay. There's a shuttle bus circulating right outside the hotel, and it takes just a minute to get to the hot spring entrance. They have both indoor and outdoor hot springs; I highly recommend the outdoor ones! Although the lighting wasn't great when I went at night, there were plenty of mood lights. I even got to experience it while it was snowing ❄️, which made for some great photos. After soaking, you can also enjoy the sauna 🧖🏻‍♀️. Pick-up: I informed the hotel of my train 🚄 arrival time a day in advance. On the day of arrival, a concierge called to confirm before I even left the station, and met me right at the exit. It was just a short walk to the bus, which took me directly to the hotel 🏨. Check-in: Building No. 3 is quite new and conveniently houses the front desk and breakfast area. They'll help you book your skiing ⛷️ time and add the concierge on WeChat, who will provide detailed information about your itinerary, express access to Changbai Mountain, and more. Any questions you have for the concierge are answered very quickly. Dining: The Food Court offers a good variety with a la carte options, BBQ, and iron pot stew. I highly recommend the stir-fried pork belly with kimchi! Overall, the experience was excellent. If you're looking for a hassle-free trip, I highly recommend this place.
