"I stayed in Guatemala City for a day and the next day I took the Ticabus to El Salvador.
The staff were friendly and the cleaning was clean. But the facilities are too backward ㅠㅠ ha.. The room is too narrow.. The cold wind leaked from the window, so it was very cold when I was sleeping at night. ㅠㅠ It was a facility that I could not help staying for a day before leaving the country before moving.. It's a price of 80,000 won, but it's a pity that it's too backward..
Fortunately, warm water came out well. It would have been too hard if there was no warm water ... Still, the staff were very pleasant and friendly. We checked out around 4 a.m., but we were waiting for you to stay up late and open the door."

Very Good
AAnnettekissI think it is the best hotel in the capital. Excellent staff attitude. Breakfast up to 11, wait up to 13.
Best breakfast in my life. Here even the station was with coconuts on ice. The choice is huge, even pepper sandwiches and freshly squeezed juices of whatever you wish.
A warm pool, a large gym.
Free underground parking, several restaurants on the territory. The only disadvantage is that at the hotel restaurants the weddings are celebrated at the weekend, and the guests diverge at night and noise in the corridors – under the door chunk and all the conversations at night will wake you up.
You will be in Guatemala, I advise to stop only here - you will not regret.
AAlejandroThis is the hotel that we liked the most in Guatemala, it has a colonial touch that we love, large and spacious rooms, luxury details in all areas of the hotel, a fantastic stay, we recommend it and hope to return soon!
CChosenAuthor24With visiting a new country, I was a little uncertain about the right hotel to stay in, but, when I pulled up in the Uber, I was BEYOND grateful that the pictures matched real-life. The entire hotel had an old world, relaxed vibe, that made the wind down easier. I have never traveled to Guatemala before and the friendly service has me considering returning, for a longer, personal trip. Even though I'm not fluent, in the native language, most of the ppl with whom I came in contact, including hotel staff, were VERY helpful and patient.
The bed was VERY comfortable, the room smelled like it had been cleaned, recently and it was VERY spacious.
GGuest UserThe room was VERY small but it had what I needed. I only stayed overnight, got in late and left early in the morning. It was a little difficult to check in since its not like a regular hotel, so I had to call and get soneone to let me in since I arrived later in the evening. I also had to wait for someone to arrive in the a.m. so I could check out. The bed was comfy, it wasnt too noisy and I slept well. It was also close to the airport and the bus to my next location. It was a decent stay for 1 night. The staff was the highlight of my stay. Very helpful!
GGuest UserIt's pretty good. It's next to the airport. The room is big and clean. The service is good and the attitude is nice. The Spanish paella in the bar on the first floor is delicious. I bought instant noodles and they even sent a microwave to the room for me to use.
SSofia EugeniaOverall the stay was good, staff were helpful, breakfast buffet was okay, the only thing is minor maintenance. Lot of small things that need fixing or adjusting such as AC louvers not working in both rooms we had.
Would stay here again, just recommend that management focus on keeping the minor issues from becoming major ones
GGuest UserI only stayed at the hotel briefly due to a late flight arrival and an early flight the next day. However, the room was decent and it was close to the airport which was all that mattered. When I checked out in the early hours of the morning there was no staff to check me out so I just gave the key card to the security.
GGuest UserCentrally located. Serve good breakfast. The building may be slightly old, but the bedding is very clean. The kitchen facility is a good feature. I can cook some food for myself when tiring eating out every meal. The only drawback is that it does not have free shuttle to and from airport during the weekend.
