I wish I could have had more time to spend there. The costumer service at the breakfast which is lovely and plenty of food choices they even go an extra mile to give you a good experience. Reception team they are just attentive and awesome the maintenance team the same and the cleaning team all as above. So I do recommend the hotel and I can’t wait to be back in December for another 5 nights. 😊

Hotel perfectly located close to the airport and the entrance to the park. Friendly staff who did everything to make your stay go well. Too bad most of the rooms don't have nice views. But the park and the swimming pool are at the top. I recommend this hotel

When we arrived at the hotel, our room was in paper in the waste, and this was unpleasant,l. Out of our way, for a quick walk and n we had asked for cleaning or towel exchange, and yet they entered the apartment and exchanged the Towels, I think it should be done only when we ask, I found invasive.

Away from the city in the middle of the forest to enjoy the tranquility. If you have your own vehicle it is ideal because you can easily visit the main attractions, waterfalls, triple border, Itaipu,... Very good rooms and breakfast. Certain days they have very good prices. A little slow in the check-in and check-out procedures. There are queues, but otherwise, fine.
