DandanThe hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and there's a food court right across the street. However, there's a recurring issue with a foul odor in the room. We tolerated it the first day, and when we reported it to the front desk on the second day, they took it seriously and addressed it. By the afternoon, the smell had significantly faded, and we thought the problem was resolved. But it returned at night, likely due to guests showering and wastewater impacting the drains, causing the smell to resurface. This continued for several days. It was tolerable during the day, but at night it was unpleasant. The hotel staff diligently tried to fix it, checking in with us daily. At that point, we just felt helpless and stopped reporting it.
I've sometimes noticed this same smell downstairs in this building. I suspect the entire building needs its septic tank cleaned, or perhaps the city needs to clear this section of the sewage pipes.

There are problems with soundproofing, you can hear your neighbors and how they close the door. It would also be nice to leave at least plastic cups) Overall, a good hotel, 20 minutes walk to the center) there is a cool pizzeria nearby🇮🇹👍

PratissoliThe reception staff is okay beyond the fact that the room is 90€ and if you arrive at 8 am and you need to sleep because you had a nighttime flight they will charge you 111€ extra for this price I really suggest you to sleep elsewhere, the restaurant team members are absolutely not nice there was an east European waiter that called me and my friend prostitut@s on Russian ( while talking on the phone and serving a drink in the same time commenting on the phone that she gave to serve at a prostitut@s ) and they have a really cool gym but no spa or massage The staff have to be more careful because I speak 7 languages and you never know who you have in front of you .

I stayed in bologna for a night and chose this hotel as it was low cost and is near Bologna centrale.
Pro - nice clean room, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, Breakfast was very good and only costs 7.5 euro(i bought it in the morning from reception), front desk friendly and helpful.
Cons - Remote area (20 minutes away from city center by taxi) , no toothbrush provided( you can buy it for 1.50 euro from the reception), after 11 the front desk/reception closes and you have to go down and press a button in order to call someone. so i would suggest check all amenities in your room before 11 , the phone in the room was not working and when i asked them to fix. they said they will fix after i will leave(which was weird haha), the hair dryer in the bathroom was huge but less power.
Overall i would not mind staying there again if it is a short stay like 1 or 2 nights as its cheap and if i am just going to hotel to sleep and shower.
RATING : 7/10

A hotel caters for conferences and business meetings. Very spacious common area with plenty of comfortable seating and lovely outdoors area in the middle of the hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. The downside is the toiletries, the shampoo, body wash and body lotion smelt off. Luckily I brought my own because the fragrance of their complimentary toiletries was unacceptable.
The buffet breakfast was decent and plentiful with the hot foods and pastry section. The standouts were the fresh croissants, bacon and the coffee from the self-service machine was just like the bar. The fresh fruits were tasteless but I loved the dried nuts selection.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The gym also had a variety of professional equipment. I would definitely return and recommend to other travellers but bring your own toiletries.

It's right across the street from the train station.
The room was quite large. They initially gave me a twin room, but I asked to change to a double room. Although it faces a main road, it was very quiet. The service was excellent.
There was no free water, and no supermarkets nearby, so I bought water at a fast-food restaurant.
The breakfast was quite substantial, with a wide variety of options, and it was open for a long time. It was already open when I arrived at 7 am. After breakfast, I walked the Camino de Santiago, and then explored the old town of Bologna. A very beautiful city.
Highly recommended!

vickie.thetGreat stay overall! Highly recommended for students and young travelers. You can focus on ur work in the study spaces on ground floor. The reception was helpful and could communicate well in English. However if u want to extend ur stay at the hotel, I’d recommend booking on trip.com as from my experience, it cost me like €93 per night in person, which cost only a little over $80 when I booked again online. But this might just be me- might be different for others! Plus, the Sushiko opposite the hotel has some good Japanese food!

Guest UserAlthough the hotel isn't in the city center, it's not too far away. It has free parking, which is great for those traveling by car. If you turn left when you exit the hotel, there's a large Extracoop, making shopping very convenient.

Guest UserI had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.

I came for work, carrying my usual mix of focus and fatigue, and somehow this hotel became a small reminder to slow down. The welcome was warm, the check-in effortless, and the staff carried a calm kindness that made everything feel easy.
The room was spacious, quiet, and honest in its simplicity. After a long day of travel and meetings, it felt like a safe pause, a place where my mind could finally rest while my heart caught up.
Breakfast was bright and generous, full of small details that made the morning feel lighter. The smell of coffee, the sound of soft conversation, the way sunlight filled the dining area, it was the kind of calm that makes you grateful to simply be there.
