The reception looks presentable but the room was quite old and toilet was really small. Will consider to try other hotel on my next visit to Kobe.

Very western hotel, with luxurious decoration, Kobe is indeed a western port. There is a big supermarket next to the hotel, and there is also Daiso on the second floor, which is very convenient for shopping. English service is very convenient.

This hotel locates beside the shoppiing street under the JR Sannomiya station(the Hankyu and Hanshin are in the same place). It just takes 5 minutes to walk to the platform if you did not stop for shopping along this popular area in Kobe. The hotel may be the best one I have ever lived alone with such price, it has big and clean room, great and new room stuff. However, it has a limited internet speed which even made me hard to use Google map in certain time, mostly during 8 p.m. to 10 p.m..

The location is excellent, very close to Himeji Station, which can be reached by JR line and Shinkansen. The station is connected to the hotel and it only takes 3 minutes to walk from the exit. In addition, we lived in a Japanese-style room on the fourth floor, and the hotel's hot spring facilities are also on the same floor. Not to mention is their breakfast view. Breakfast is located on the 14th floor. You can enjoy breakfast in front of Himeji Castle. There are also several shopping malls next to the hotel, making it convenient for tourists to shop as much as they want. I think this is the best hotel in Himeji. 

The location was also great and I was very satisfied. I had some trouble with the TV during my stay, but they responded quickly and I had a comfortable stay. The coffee provided as an amenity was drip coffee and was very delicious. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.

Dinner was limited to summer vacation and there was a Dinaso buffet. This is the children's delight. Dinosaurs welcomed me from the entrance, and the dishes were a wide variety of menus with dinosaur motifs. The sweets and desserts were also substantial, and I was very satisfied and full. The buffet the next morning was also very delicious. The child played home until he became a het in the pool. It became a good memory of summer vacation. I would like to use it again.

I have stayed in hotels of this brand many times, and basically there is nothing I can fault except that the rooms are a little smaller.  In addition to the hot springs on the top floor, there are also free ice cream bars and drinks, as well as free massage chairs (15mins), which is really enjoyable! Although the ramen is not top-notch delicious, it is so unforgettable that you must rush to have a bowl🤣 I hope the supply time can be longer

Room and bed much larger than expected for a solo traveller like me at such a bargain. Vintage-style design with elements of clock faces seen throughout the hotel. I especially like how they use clock faces and clock arms to represent the floors the elevators are at. Local is convenient, close to the Sannomiya Subway station. The overall experience was great and I would consider booking this again if I had the chance to return to Kobe.

Personally, it is negative that the window does not open, but it is unavoidable because of the structure of the hotel. On the contrary, if it opens, it is dangerous because it is along the street. It is not a big hotel; however, it has everything I need to enjoy during my stay.

The hotel name is not listed in the appearance and may be a little difficult to understand. The hotel parking lot costs 1000 yen at 15:00 ～ next day 10:00. There is a coin parking nearby, 500 yen within 24 hours, so it seems that you should listen to it more easily.
