The car rental and return process was simple. It was very convenient having you pick me up and drop me off at the airport. Thank you for being kind and flexible. I hadn't been able to refuel the car when returning it, but you filled it up for me when we got near the airport!

Good service and easy pickup and drop off till 1am, also handled our accident (hit and run in a parking lot) really well with immediate assistance and exchange of new vehicle. One thing to note is their phone is never picked up, so call the general dollar/hertz number for assistance

Over all ceey good experience. The car windshield glass had a damage that was identified at rental. The fuel tank was half full at rental. Made it difficult to return with half tank. But we did return with more than half tank. Good set up for quick key drop after hours. No puck up and drop off service offered as Enterprise usually does. There was no airport pick up and return facility either. Added additional uber trip cost for pick up and drop off.

The car was spotlessly clean, and we even got a free upgrade. The staff was extremely helpful and very responsive via e-mail even way before our arrival. Returning the cat was also super easy. At no point was there an attempt to sell us unnecessary insurance or something like that. We'll definitively book here again when we return to Calgary.

Since it was my first time renting a car abroad, I was very worried about driving, but the vehicle itself was an even bigger concern. I booked a 4-day rental. It was just my husband and me, without children, and since we didn't have much luggage, I thought a small car wouldn't be too big. When selecting the price and model, I decided that a compact SUV-style car would be fine without overspending. I wanted to choose a domestic car, but there weren't many options available. The policy stated that a Nissan Versa or a similar vehicle would be assigned, which, while unfamiliar, would feel somewhat familiar, so I chose that. However, to prepare for potential accidents or unexpected emergencies while overseas, I booked the highest-tier insurance plan with every available option. I was worried after reading various reviews about some overseas rental cases where a large amount was deducted from the deposit or additional fees were charged upon returning the vehicle. So, I made sure to get the insurance fully covered! In fact, on the day I visited the rental office to pick up the car, I received a Chrysler—not a similar vehicle or a Nissan Versa—to use for 4 days. I was in a great mood right from the start! What luck. Although I found some small specks of dust and what appeared to be cookie crumbs here and there, the condition of the car I received was so good that these seemed like minor flaws; it was safe, and the ride was excellent. I drove this vehicle through every corner of Banff National Park, enjoying the ride before returning it. Of course, I returned it with a full tank of gas in its original condition, and the return process was smooth, easy, and fast, which I appreciated. Shortly after, I received the full amount of the deposit back in full. It was my first rental car experience abroad, and it wasn't difficult at all. Thank you very much for providing such a great car. I was able to travel around Calgary, Canmore, and Banff in Canada with fond memories. I wish you continued success. ^^ Thank you for the wonderful memories of our first encounter with AVIS.
