The car was clean both inside and out. The pick-up and drop-off process was convenient. The counter staff didn't speak much English, so a translator was needed, but it wasn't a major problem.

Although the staff only spoke basic English, their attitude was excellent. The car was in great condition, almost new. The pick-up and drop-off process was very smooth and convenient. It's a two-minute walk from Matsumoto Station.

The car was in perfect condition. The team was super friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating, even if you're a foreigner who doesn't speak a word of English. I rented a car for two days to explore the area around Matsumoto.

The service was excellent. The staff provided great advice. The car rental place is right behind JR Matsumoto, very convenient to walk to. When booking, there was no option to select an ET card, so I contacted Trip.com for them (Trip.com informed me of the additional cost, which I was okay with). Upon arrival, the staff handed it to me right away. Payment was very easy; I only needed my international driving license and passport. // Returning the car was also hassle-free. Just fill the tank with gas, give the gas receipt to the staff, inspect the car, and you're done. It was a lot of fun driving!
