I always book with Bua; their service is good. They have Chinese-speaking staff to assist you. Picking up the car is very convenient; it's just a few minutes from the airport to a large parking lot. You can simply take a video of yourself around the car and pick it up.

The car rental shops and parking lots at Suvarnabhumi Airport are far apart, and you need to contact the shop staff to return the car. Picking up the car was quick, but returning it took two or three people over ten minutes to thoroughly inspect it. Luckily, nothing went wrong in the end.

To be honest, this company surprised me quite a bit. I had initially chosen another company closer to departure, which was cheaper, but when I went to pay, it suddenly showed they were out of cars. After refreshing, this company with low ratings was the only one left. I took a gamble and booked it.
We arrived at Bangkok airport around 2 AM. There was only one staff member at the counter, and they weren't even one of their employees. Because we mistakenly forgot about the time difference, we arrived two hours early and had to wait until 4 AM for them to bring the car. The car wasn't as dirty and messy as many reviews suggested, but the power bank and a pack of tissues left inside indicated it hadn't been cleaned much.
Overall, the car was in pretty good condition. I got used to driving on the right-hand drive in about half an hour. Returning the car was also smooth and without any problems. Maybe I just got lucky? Anyway, to be honest...

This was my first time using this rental company. The pick-up and drop-off point wasn't at the airport, requiring a 10-minute shuttle ride, but the service was excellent. They also have Chinese-speaking WeChat and phone customer service. The car was in great condition, exceeding my expectations. I was lucky, and this left a good impression, so I added them to my whitelist.

I've been very satisfied with every registration I've had. They're all very patient. Even if I have a language barrier or am in a bad mood, they're always patient with me. Everyone should buy insurance. If you don't, you'll have to pay for anything yourself if something goes wrong. But the owner won't cheat you out of your money. As long as you keep the car safe, there won't be any problems. It's not necessary to file an insurance claim; we do file one so everyone can relax. Actually, all the cars the owner buys are brand new, so you can rest assured. You won't encounter any problems using them. Trust the front desk and trust the platform.

The car is equipped with a HAUP central locking system that uses an electronic card. You simply swipe the card in front of the electronic sticker on the windshield to unlock or lock the car. However, for a few days, the card wouldn't work; the green light on the electronic sticker would illuminate, but the door wouldn't unlock. It seems to be a bug! I repeatedly called the service hotline; they have Chinese-speaking staff, and they were very helpful, but often without success. Otherwise, everything is fine.
