The car was relatively new, with 60,000-70,000 kilometers on it, which was excellent. They gave me a Yaris, but it felt very unstable at speeds above 100 km/h on the highway. I bought full insurance at the rental shop, but I didn't really check it when I returned the car; I just filled up the tank. The rental price wasn't high, but the highway tolls, insurance, and snow tires added up to a lot. Renting a car to visit Mount Fuji offers a unique perspective and is definitely worthwhile.

#Service Attitude# I didn't receive any contact from Ctrip when booking, but the service in Japan was excellent for picking up and returning the car. #Vehicle Condition# The car had 50,000 kilometers on it, but Japanese cars are very well maintained, and the car was in good condition, clean, and tidy. #Forms and Procedures# The procedures were very simple; as long as you met the requirements, you could complete the process. It was also quite convenient. #Location# I especially want to emphasize the location of this location. When I rented the car, it was listed as airport pick-up and drop-off, but the car wasn't at the airport, and there was no shuttle bus. We had to take a three-stop subway ride to the store, which was extremely inconvenient, especially if you don't speak the language. So, if you have these concerns, definitely don't rent a car from them. In summary, two points: 1. If your pick-up and drop-off times are early or late, choose them; their hours are 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM. 2. Don't trust the airport pick-up and drop-off information listed on Ctrip.

The car rental pick-up and drop-off wasn't inside Haneda Airport. After clearing customs, at the counter on the right (left side for purchasing bus tickets), I had my passport and booking checked. Then, I followed the signs to the parking lot on B1 to wait for the rental company representative. The driver didn't help with my luggage. We arrived at the rental location within 10 minutes. They checked my driver's license again and asked if I needed insurance. I had already selected basic insurance during booking, so I bought it there. The car wasn't the brand listed on my booking; it was a lower-end Toyota with less space, but the condition was relatively clean. The car had a built-in GPS with Chinese language support. It's best to ask about how to use it at the rental location. In fact, it was very useful once you know how to operate it; the route selection and highway toll calculation were accurate. The biggest advantage of this car was its fuel efficiency; a 350km trip consumed approximately RMB 250 in fuel. The return trip was also at the pick-up location, with a gas station within 1km. The rental company's location was about 500 meters from Keikyu Otorii Station, and supposedly there's an airport bus stop nearby.
