I never expected my car rental experience in Jeju Island to be so smooth. The bus pick-up and drop-off point was easy to find, and all the information was already entered into the system when I arrived. Picking up the car only took two minutes – just a quick check of my documents. The car was brand new and very clean.
Returning the car was even more amazing: a staff member guided me as soon as I entered the parking lot, checked the fuel level, and asked me to pay the difference. From the time he checked the fuel level to when I reached the counter, less than a minute had passed, and the counter already had the payment ready. I swiped my card, then went to catch the bus to the airport – the whole process took less than five minutes. So efficient! I'll definitely use this company again next time!

For a 5-day, 4-night trip to Jeju Island for three women, renting a car was the best option. After reading many reviews, The Safe Sent a Car stood out with its brand-new vehicles and higher ratings than Lotte, so we booked it directly. The car was indeed very new and clean, with USB, Type-C, and cigarette lighter charging ports, as well as ACC and road assist, making highway driving very easy. Picking up and returning the car was extremely convenient, and we didn't even need to pay a deposit! The only thing to note is that the airport car rental signs are unclear, so it's recommended to ask the staff.
