In the past, I would directly search for car rental companies on websites to find the best one with a reasonable price. Picking up the car from the hotel in Namba, Osaka, and returning it to the hotel in Harajuku, Tokyo, were both very convenient, and communication in Chinese was smooth. Even when we were involved in a minor collision with another car in Kawaguchiko, the group chat helped us resolve everything smoothly. The service from Namba to Tokyo was incredibly helpful for our 14-day family trip, and we are very grateful.

Extremely satisfied! Excellent service, great value for money, and they can communicate in Chinese. Picking up and returning the car at the airport was incredibly convenient. I initially thought it was a Mitsubishi Del, but it was a Toyota Voxy instead – I hadn't asked or confirmed. They were accommodating, and after trying the Voxy, I found it sufficient, so I didn't need to change it. The car was very new, with only 5000+ kilometers on it. Highly recommended! A friendly reminder: it's best to confirm the model of the car you pick up to avoid misunderstandings. 😁

The service from TripCar was excellent. The rental company is run by Chinese, and it was easy to contact them via WeChat or WhatsApp in Chinese. I especially want to mention Mr. Hou, the receptionist, who was incredibly welcoming and waited for us when it was time to arrive. We chatted happily during the ride, and he proactively offered us cool bottled water despite the sweltering weather. He even provided umbrellas in case it rained. The company's customer service was also very helpful, checking on our journey and providing helpful tips. While the car, K Car, wasn't brand new, the price was very reasonable. The car was in perfect condition, allowing me to travel smoothly from Kansai to Wakayama, then to Shirarahama, Urashima, Koyasan, and back to Osaka. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely rent from them again next time I'm in Osaka.

Although the car rental company doesn't have its own branch at Kansai Airport, they drop off the car on the 6th floor of the parking lot, and all the procedures are completed there. Returning the car is also a smooth process, taking you back to the 6th floor of Kansai Airport's second parking lot. However, because there were new scratches on the front bumper, the rental company required payment of the insurance claim fee first.
