Pick up and drop off was easy enough. I Am sure the “deal” I chose included an additional driver however I had to pay for that and ended up paying another €60 on a 2 day hire which I found a bit much. Then they convinced me to pay another €10 which will then lower the deposit and include their comprehensive insurance albeit I had my own additional rental insurance. Nonetheless the team was friendly and helpful. Car was clean and we had a lovely time in Montenegro. Will teach me to ensure I know the fact before renting a car!

I arrived early and my car wasn’t going to be ready till the booking time. I was given the option to upgrade, costed more than my original booking. But the car I was given was a golf R 2025. Absolutely stunning, enjoyed the drive through out Montenegro, full of tech. Very likely wouldn’t have the same as my original booking. Cons: the guy was vaping in the boot, and the cost was slightly more if I was to book the same car through Trip.com.

The car was in good condition 👍. However, it was nothing like the car we reserved. Instead of a Jeep Avenger, we were assigned a Dacia. They delivered the car with a full tank of fuel for 58 euros, but the fact that they didn't refund the money (approximately 30€) even though we returned the car with more than half a tank of fuel was a major drawback. 👎 The 700€ deposit they charged was also unnecessarily high and a negative point 👎 They said the refund process could take up to 30 days, which is another negative point unfortunately 👎
