Picking up and returning the car was convenient and quick. The counter staff spoke fluent English and explained things in a simple and easy-to-understand way. They offered 24-hour rental and return service, and there was even an airport shuttle bus, so there was no need to walk to the rental car company. The rental company was also very generous in helping to upgrade the original Toyota to an Alfaromio, which was quite surprising. The overall process exceeded my expectations.

Europcar pickup is actually convenient, but we had to go through three cars before finally getting a good one on the fourth try. The reason was that the first car (originally reserved for our order) was unexpectedly dirty, so they proactively sent us another one. The second car arrived, but then they discovered it didn't have the GPS we requested. Then, when the third car arrived and we thought everything was okay, we discovered the rear tires were low on air and immediately asked them to replace them. They eventually upgraded our fourth car to the same model free of charge. So, remember to check the wheels and steering components yourself before leaving. Overall, their service attitude is good, but it's very important to check everything yourself!
