Alamo and Enterprise would refund the 11-12 days that I had to turn the car in early due to the sudden and unexpected death of a niece in the USA. Despite asking for a refund given the circumstances, I never heard anything from Trip.com. I thought trip.com would match the service of the car rental companies. I won’t use trip.com again.
