Mission48 is a remarkable journey where Kelsey aims to complete 48 fitness competitions in 48 states in just 48 days, inspiring girls and women to push beyond their limits and discover their true strength. This event is open to all ages and fitness levels, and it's completely free. However, due to limited capacity, it is crucial to register as soon as possible to secure your spot.

The 10k Run will kick off at 9 a.m. with warm-ups and an explanation of the workout. Participants will have the option to walk, run, or do a combination of both to complete the event. If the 10k seems daunting, there are scalable options available. Intermediate A offers a 5k walk/run at 9:30 a.m., and Intermediate B/Beginner offers a 1-Mile run/walk at the same time. Moreover, you can also join Denise or Todd, Kelsey's dad, for a 1-Mile walk or run as part of the Mission48 Miles initiative.
