Participants will focus on bike control within a controlled environment, learning essential skills such as bike handling, gear usage, precise steering, one-handed control, quick stops, and proper observation techniques. Safety gear, including helmets, sturdy footwear like trainers, and gloves, is mandatory. As the course entails outdoor activities for most of the day, appropriate attire is advised. It is essential that all bikes are in a roadworthy condition, with two functioning brakes (note that BMXs may not meet this requirement). Participants are required to bring a packed lunch, as meals will not be provided. Failure to ensure bike suitability may result in exclusion from the course.
