“A Night of Sinatra” is coming to The Villa with Frank’s iconic beloved songs including “My Way” & “New York, New York”, performed by Rich DiMare and The Ron Poster Trio. Rich DiMare is an American singer who specializes in the Frank Sinatra songbook and has 20 years experience providing entertainment across the country. Rich spent 15 years live on-air at Boston’s highest rated morning show, KISS 108’s Matty in the Morning, and as a host on Boston’s Fox25 TV. Because of this experience in media and music, Rich is a seasoned showman. Ron Poster is a Boston based pianist and keyboard artist who specializes in Popular & Classic American music as a soloist and with small groups. He’s been the organist for the Boston Bruins at TD Garden since 2001 and also toured in the 90’s and early 2000’s with the band Missing Persons. Rich and Ron’s understanding of the Sinatra songbook, coupled with their interactions on stage makes this “Ol' Blue Eyes” experience something Rat Pack lovers won’t forget! Please join us at Wayland Country Club on June 20th at 7AM to honor the life of our friend Steve Ghilani. All proceeds from this event will be gifted to the "Steve Ghilani Children's Scholarship Fund." About our friend Steve: Steve was a life-long resident of Natick who was extremely generous with his time and energy, giving both to others often. He was the guy that you could always count on to show up with a smile on his face and a hand to lend. His love for his family, friends and the town of Natick were always on display. A devoted husband to Priscilla and loving father to Gina, Derek and Sophia, he was always there for his family and loved coaching the kids and did so in Football, Hockey, Baseball, Softball and was always willing to build or break down a cheer competition display. Steve was the younger brother to Paul and Peter Ghilani. He followed Paul's success as a quarterback and pitcher for Natick High School and worked with his brother Peter's business, Ghilani Electric, as an electrician. Steve did countless side-jobs for his friends and often refused to accept payment. With his friends, Steve made every card game, fishing trip, round of golf, sporting event and/or day better. His generosity was endless and he is missed by many. This is an 18-hole scramble tournament, with players competing in teams of up to four. There are prizes for the top three teams. Contests will include long drive and closest-to-the-pin contest.
