Anyone who disregards their penalty more than 3 times can be disqualified without further warning. The GDC regulations apply, particularly the Gentlemen Agreement section. If you push/shoot someone off, you must wait until the other driver (is back on the road and) is ahead again. The offender must let the damaged driver pass within 20 seconds. This is monitored by the software. Failure to comply will result in a drive-through penalty. After the 3rd penalty for violating the Gentlemen Agreement, the driver can be disqualified without further warning. It applies: better to wait once too often than to get a penalty. ESC is prohibited during qualifying and the race, e.g., after a crash. This also applies to TELEPORT-TO-PIT (Content Manager). (ESC can be used in the pit box to adjust the setup. This will result in a time penalty as usual in AC).Protests/complaints/reports to the race management must be sent by email to oliver@homeofsimracing.com stating the persons involved and specifying the lap/time/position within the lap.If a penalty is not served during the race duration, it will be converted into a time penalty, which will be imposed after the race. Unsafe rejoin. When returning to the track after an off-track incident, the cars on the track have the right of way. You must wait until there is a gap—no matter how long it takes—to avoid endangering the race.Anyone coming out of the pit lane has NO right of way! The racing line must not be blocked. Cuts will be penalized. The Evil Lap system applies. After 3 warnings, a penalty will be imposed in the form of a restrictor for 1 lap.Lap 1, Turn 1: just don't screw up :)The entry speed into the pits (at the line) is not monitored. The correct (your own) pit box must be used. Failure to do so = penalty.Blue flag / lapping. GENERALLY: The driver is responsible for adhering to the blue flag and allowing the lapping driver to pass without resistance and without hindrance. The lapped driver must free the racing line to facilitate the overtaking. This can happen either in time before a braking point or after a corner during the acceleration phase by also freeing the racing line.Special attention will be paid to light rear-end collisions.“ („Bump draft“) Anyone who stands out negatively here will receive a notice from the race management.
