Discover the Healing Power of Sound Step into the serene embrace of Moonwater Planet's Sound Bath Meditation and let the pure, harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls guide you on a journey of deep relaxation and inner healing. Crafted from pure quartz crystal, the bowls produce frequencies that resonate deeply with the body and mind, gently releasing tension, balancing energy, and cultivating a profound sense of peace. As the bowls are played, their soothing sounds create waves of healing energy that wash over you, clearing stress and restoring harmony. These pure tones resonate with the body's energy centres, or chakras, helping to realign and balance them. On a cellular level, the vibrations encourage the body’s natural healing processes, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The crystal singing bowls are renowned for their ability to quiet mental chatter and bring the mind into a meditative state of clarity and calm. In this space, you may experience heightened awareness, a sense of grounding, and a renewed connection to your inner self. These healing frequencies can also help to release emotional blockages, leaving you feeling lighter, more centred, and energised. Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, drawing closer to a state of true consciousness and harmony. Please remember to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort - anything you feel you may need to be comfortable lying down for one hour. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option. Please arrive a few minutes early but no more than 10 minutes, please. Moonwater Planet doesn’t believe that finances should be a barrier to healing, to avoid the booking fees, please contact benjamin to arrange alternative payment at: moonwaterplanet@gmail.com With love and light through sound in gratitude, benjamin ✨ Please be advised: Sound Meditations may not be suitable for individuals with pacemakers, metal implants, epilepsy/sound-induced epilepsy or those in the first trimester of pregnancy. If you have concerns or questions, consult with benjamin for guidance in making an informed decision. Information Source: Moonwater Planet | eventbrite
