Health benefits of Tai Chi are derived from the slow, gentle and tranquil movements which enable harmony in mind and body, improved mobility, strength, suppleness and mental alertness.
Anyone can benefit from Tai Chi and is suitable for all ages, physical conditions, injury, illness or impairment. As Tai Chi is a soft, gentle form of exercise it is particularly suitable for middle aged and senior people and anyone with a health condition.
However, we would always recommend that you consult your doctor before starting.
