Župska berba | Aleksandrovac
Celebration
For over fifty years, the Župska Harvest Festival has commemorated the Alexandrovac Župa harvest—the grapes, the wine, the sun, and the hardworking Župa people. This year, sacred dew will flow from the wine fountain.
The Župska berba event, or Wine Day, has traditionally been held in Alexandrovac since 1963. The region has a rich history of wine production, and all interested parties can visit the unique Museum of Winemaking and Viticulture, which showcases the historical development of viticulture in this rich wine-producing region.
In addition to enjoying a meal and a glass of Župa wine on Župska Street, visitors have the opportunity to participate in carnivals, take part in the Župa Harvest Festival parade, and visit numerous concerts and exhibitions, such as the Agricultural Fair, where numerous exhibitors showcase the boundless riches of this original wine.
