Who is Adam Cash? Adam Cash is the visionary and founder of the Football Icon Academy. Having played academy football in his younger years, Adam played semi-professionally in the conference leagues. After 3 ACL injuries he set up Football Icon Academy in 2017 which has become one of the UK's leading training programmes. Adam's brother Matty Cash currently plays in the Premier League with Aston Villa so he knows what it takes to rise to the top. Join 200 other participants in a fun, engaging competition and scavenger hunt across campus, called the AMAZING RACE: Grambling Edition, for a chance to win $1,000 to split between you and your roommate, classmate, teacher, partner, or someone you select to race with! Participants will compete in a fun, engaging and challenging set of tasks given to them at the beginning of the race, and must complete every task as a Pair of 2, before meeting at the FINISH LINE at the Grambling University National Alumni Association House at 386 RWE Jones Ave, Grambling, La! Participants will be provided tshirts and a set of tasks/challenges in their backpacks at 10:30am sharp. All teams will be released at 11:00am to begin their AMAZING RACE, and will compete for one major top prize of $1,000, with other top prized for teams that come in 2nd or 3rd. TIPS: Participants should dress in light weight, comfortable clothing and sneakers or shoes that will not hinder movement. Each participant MUST WEAR their Amazing Race tshirt during the full duration of the competition, and each pair has to complete the tasks/challenges at 10 stations strategically placed around the campus.
