Join the DC Area Introductory Partner Acrobatics and Acroyoga Weekend in Fairfax, VA, and dive into the exciting world of partner acrobatics and acroyoga. This full weekend workshop is perfect for active adults who are new to partner acro or acroyoga. While it may seem challenging, partner acrobatics is accessible to those with a moderate level of fitness. Whether you're a yoga enthusiast, practice jiu jitsu, enjoy rock climbing, or work out at the gym, learning acro will be a breeze for you. By the end of the weekend, you'll have acquired fundamental skills in acroyoga and standing acrobatics, setting you up for attending acro jams and open level classes in the DMV area. Representatives from the DC acro community will be present to guide you and invite you to join their events. Don't forget to bring your tripod and show off your newfound skills to your friends! No partner? No problem! You can come alone, with a partner, or with a group. Throughout the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to work with and meet many different people. If you prefer to work exclusively with your partner, accommodations can be made. The workshop includes morning and afternoon sessions on both days, group lunches, and free jam time to conclude each day.
