All proceeds from the event will be applied to a book scholarship for graduating seniors in the Northeast Consortium (Springbrook, Paint Branch, and James Hubert Blake High Schools). ABOUT NGOZI & NNF On February 16, 2018, Ngozi Peter Nwaneri ( Ngozi ) passed away at the age of 30. Ngozi was a loyal friend, brilliant scholar, passionate thinker, athlete, musician, comedian, family man, and visionary - truly ahead of his time. In Ngozi's honor, NNF was created to support black enterprise and African development through social outreach and economic empowerment. Amongst Ngozi's many passions were community and the game of football. In his high school days, Ngozi was a star running back and linebacker on Springbrook Hgih School's varsity football team from 2003 - 2005.
