Join us at the Taube Museum of Art for an art class designed specifically for your needs. Our annual Paint a Purple Cow Programs runs once a month, October - May since 1997! This program gives children an opportunity to view the current exhibits located in our two beautiful galleries, the Linha and Langer galleries. Then, kids will learn about a famous artist and participate in a related hands on activity. Parents can register kids for either Tuesday OR Wednesday classes. This is for the Tuesday classes. Runs twice a month through May 2025. During the first session, kids will be read a fun story by one of our teachers and get to create multiple related hands on art projects. The second session each month children will be visited by a mystery animal from the Roosevelt Park Zoo! Then, they will make art based around the animal. Open to ages 9 Months - 5 years old. Parent Participation required. There are 16 sessions in total. Program Fees: Members - $100 | Nonmembers - $120 Drop in rate - $10.00 per class.
