The retreat includes a thoughtfully curated itinerary, starting with a Yang to Yin Vinyasa yoga session, followed by a mindfulness workshop and a delicious lunch made from locally sourced, vegan, and gluten-free ingredients. After lunch, experience the serenity of a seated meditation practice before taking to the water for 90 minutes of SUP yoga. The gentle movement of the water enhances the mind-body connection, providing a unique and fulfilling experience.
Complete your day with a refreshing hot shower, a comforting homemade hot lemon and ginger drink, and an optional evening SUP yoga class to further enhance your practice. All participants must be able to swim 50m, and the retreat is suitable for ages 16 and above (under 18s with a guardian).
