ChamSys MagicQ Training is a comprehensive beginner to intermediate program that spans over two days. This training provides participants with the essential knowledge and skills to effectively operate the MagicQ console. The course includes all necessary course materials, consoles, and equipment, ensuring a seamless learning experience. During the training, participants will be introduced to various topics such as MagicQ buttons, windows, and layouts. They will also learn how to set up DMX outputs and patching, as well as editing techniques like include and update record merge, and recording multiple cues. The training also covers dimmer patching, setting channel levels, and selecting heads. Participants will gain proficiency in head control and palettes, mastering techniques like defaults, locate, and recording palettes. Playback options, cue stack options, and blind mode will also be explored. Group masters, theatre programming, time-code, and scheduled events are other important subjects that will be covered. File management, execute window, pixel mapping, and macros automation are additional areas that participants will delve into.
