You will need to choose the appropriate one in order to register. WA State Weatherization (WX) Agency, Tribal, or WA State Department of Commerce Staff: Those who are employees of a Commerce-recognized WA State Wx Agency, a staff member of one of WA State's Tribes (with approval by Commerce), or Commerce staff. The list of Commerce-recognized WA State Weatherization Agencies can be viewed here . WA State Wx Agency-Associated Contractor: Contractors working under one of the WA State Wx Agencies (see above). At registration, you will be required to list the WA State Wx Agency(ies) you are associated with. General Public/Non-Associated Contractor: Those who neither work for nor under (as a contractor) one of the WA State Wx Agencies (see above). IN-PERSON Blower Door & Pressure Diagnostics BPI CEUs: 6.5 Course Description: The Blower Door and Pressure Diagnostics course is a 1-day training designed to provide new and current Building Analysts with the information needed to complete building envelope diagnostics in accordance with the Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst Technical Standards and the Washington State Department of Commerce Weatherization Specifications. Instruction will include introduction and review of building science concepts, use of required equipment, and procedures required for proper diagnostic testing. This walk is a perfect way to do just that. We’ll meet at the Village Green behind Village Books in Fairhaven and walk to Taylor Dock. From there, we’ll walk along the boardwalk for fresh air and beautiful views, before heading back towards Fairhaven (about an hour long walk).   NO HOST optional stop at Stones Throw Brewery for food, drinks, and good conversation, post walk.    Whether you're looking for community, conversation or simply want to get outside and move, we’d love to have you join us. Matthew Sullivan 's novel, Midnight at the Bright Ideas Bookstore , was an IndieNext pick, a Barnes & Noble Discover pick, a GoodReads Choice Awards Finalist and winner of the Colorado Book Award. His new stand-alone novel, Midnight in Soap Lake (4/25), is published by Hanover Square Press/Harper Collins. He lives and writes in Anacortes, WA. The Chuckanut Radio Hour, a recipient of Bellingham's prestigious Mayor's Arts Award, is a radio variety show that began in January 2007. Each Chuckanut Radio Hour includes guest authors, musicians, performance poet Kevin Murphy, and episodes of "As the Ham Turns" serial radio comedy performed by the Chuckanut Radio Players Les Campbell, Tonja Meyers, Lisa Colburn, Dee Robinson, Sarah Hawley, and Robert Muzzy. Not to mention groaner jokes by hosts Paul Hanson, Kelly Evert, and announcer Rich Donnelly. The Chuckanut Radio Hour's first guest was Erik Larson and has since included, Tom Robbins, Maria Semple, Christopher McDougall, Erica Bauermeister, and Garrison Keillor, among many others.
