Richard has a wealth of experience in Sports Science, Physiology and athletic performance and is currently Senior Lecturer in Physiology and Programme Leader for the MSc Strength and Conditioning at Loughborough University. Richard is also the author of 'Strength and Conditioning for Endurance Running' which was published in 2015.
