Drennan will showcase her project and book, "Meet Me in the Green Glen," a captivating photographic exploration of a secluded marijuana grower in California. Over the course of nine years, Drennan documented this reclusive individual as the laws and perceptions surrounding marijuana cultivation underwent significant transformations in the state. Macel will present her latest body of work, "What Did the Deep Sea Say," which combines contemporary color film images with family black-and-white photographs to weave a narrative about women from different generations in her own family. Macel will also share rarely seen book dummies from her projects and delve into the process of uncovering universal themes within deeply personal work and translating them into photobooks. Books by both artists will be available for purchase.
