Admire the red and white onions carefully woven into onion wreaths of various shapes, taste various onion foods (onion pie, onion soup, onion pizza, onion sausage), and buy cute little toys made of onions. If you encounter someone throwing confetti at you or hitting you on the head with a plastic sledgehammer, don't be surprised, these are ancient customs of the Onion Festival.
