The Female Fitness Challenge participants will be taking part in the physical agility test required by California P.O.S.T for all California peace officer candidates. This test is a crucial component of the challenge, and each obstacle is scored based on the time it takes to complete it. In honor of our fallen officers Natalie Corona and Tara O'Sullivan, there will also be a sled push. We are grateful for the support of our sponsors, who have provided prizes for the top scorers on the physical agility test. The test itself comprises several challenging obstacles, including a solid fence climb, a chain link fence climb, an obstacle course/agility run, a body drag, and a 500-yard run.
