The Walk and Beyond Fitness class emphasizes a holistic approach to fitness, incorporating rhythm and musicality to enhance agility, coordination, and endurance. Led by experienced instructors from the New York Road Runners Striders program, this class welcomes participants of all levels and does not require any previous experience. To ensure a comfortable experience, please wear appropriate exercise attire and bring a water bottle. Dorot is committed to providing accessibility for all. The venue is ADA accessible, and the auditorium is equipped with a hearing loop. Additionally, individuals can borrow assisted listening devices on a first-come, first-served basis. For any accessibility questions or requests, please contact dorotprograms@dorotusa.org. The safety and well-being of our community are of utmost importance. While there are currently no general vaccination or mask requirements in place, DOROT strongly recommends that everyone be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines and annual flu shots.
