Join us for an evening of MATRIX Press & The Printmaking Process on Thursday, October 19th at 5pm! Matrix Press founder, Professor James Bailey, will present a comprehensive talk on the artists, artworks, and printmaking process at the University of Montana's esteemed fine art printing press. Established in 1998, MATRIX Press aims to cultivate and promote the art of printmaking while providing unwavering support to the artists involved. By inviting nationally and internationally acclaimed artists to collaborate with students and faculty, MATRIX Press fosters knowledge exchange and produces limited edition prints of exceptional quality. This captivating presentation will focus on the nine gifted artists featured in INDIGENOUS: Selections from MATRIX Press, an exhibition currently showcased at Radius Gallery until October 26th. The exhibiting artists include Ka'ila Farrell-Smith, Corwin Clairmont, Marwin Begaye, Neal Ambrose-Smith, Lillian Pitt, Duane Slick, Molly Murphy-Adams, Joe Feddersen, and Jason Clark.
