Join Mission48's Olympic Lifting event in Shreveport, Louisiana. This exciting event will take place on September 24th, 2023, at the LSU Shreveport Olympic Weightlifting Gym. The event is open to participants of all ages and fitness levels, and it's completely free to attend. Don't miss your chance to join Kelsey Lensman on her 24th stop of the Mission48 tour. The Olympic Lifting event will feature the Snatch and Clean & Jerk exercises. Participants will have three attempts to max out in each exercise. If you're new to Olympic lifting, there are scalable options available, including performing the exercises with just the bar or using dumbbells. The event will also include a one-mile walk or run/jog with Denise or Todd, members of the Mission48 road team.
