Located in Christopher Columbus Park, the free arts and music festival is held all day on the waterfront stage, bringing together more than 50 jury-selected local visual artists, craftspeople, and local musicians, showcasing a variety of art forms including painting, photography, ceramics, jewelry, and sculpture. This year's festival features two full days of exciting performances by some of Boston's best bands and solo artists. The Boston Arts Festival runs from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Christopher Columbus Park. The event attracts tens of thousands of visitors to Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park in Boston Harbor, where they can meet artists and craftspeople and appreciate a variety of art forms and high-end crafts, including painting, photography, ceramics, jewelry, and sculpture.

The Nantucket Open Tennis Tournament - Donations benefit the Nantucket Whaler Tennis Team programs and Island Youth Wellness. Welcome to the 4TH ANNUAL NANTUCKET OPEN! All Island Tennis Tournament, hosted by the Nantucket Yacht Club and sponsored by the Nantucket Yacht Club Foundation, kicks off on Thursday, September 10th, 2026, with finals taking place on Sunday, September 13th, 2026. This highly anticipated doubles tournament features men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles divisions, welcoming players of all competitive levels. All proceeds and additional donations will benefit Island Youth Wellness, supporting impactful and vital causes within the Nantucket community. Any additional donations either through EventBrite or checks written to Nantucket Yacht Club Foundation, will be tax exempt. Grab a partner and sign up for one of Nantucket’s most exciting and sold out events of the season! Tournament Details: *Entry Fee: $180 per team *Yellow balls: will be provided *Double elimination with a back draw *Registration Deadline: Entries close at 12 noon September 6th, 2026 Match Schedule & Timing: *Thursday, September 10th: Play can begin in the morning or afternoon to accommodate players arriving on island. *Friday, September 11th: Matches will begin at 8:00am. *Saturday, September 12th: Matches will begin at 8:00am. Inside courts must conclude by 3:00pm. *Sunday: Finals (exact timing is tbd) There is no scheduled rain date. In the event of limited rain, match play will be adjusted accordingly. No refunds will be issued if the tournament is canceled due to a full weekend washout.
